I. NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF SEXUAL FLUIDS

 

            This is not well known.  It is the reason many people today crave sexual fluid, especially women, who are often more malnourished than many men today.

            Sexual fluid, especially male semen, is rich in zinc, selenium, B-complex vitamins and many other nutrients.  It also contains some cadmium, lead, copper and other toxic metals.  These give it its characteristic qualities including its odor, its thickness and perceived ÒwarmthÓ.

The nutritional quality of sexual fluid is important.  Please do not think of it as just a fun substance to play with, for example.  It is a sacred fluid and very important for your health and development.

 

II. DEVELOPMENT AND SEXUAL FLUIDS

 

For the fastest development, conserve your sexual fluid.  I do not know exactly why this is true, but it is.  The less sex with orgasm the better.

III. HOLD ON TO YOUR SEXUAL FLUIDS

 

            A healthy lifestyle today must include the idea of holding on to your sexual fluids - for both men and women.  The reason is that all the bodies are so malnourished today.  Also, as discussed above, it will speed up development.

The bodies are malnourished because they are all born this way due to malnourished mothers.  After birth, malnourishment is due to a combination of a nutritionally depleted food supply and horrible diets, in many cases.  This is made worse by bad eating habits and the widespread use of vaccines and medical drugs.  These further impair digestion and deplete nutrients.

 

            How women can conserve sexual fluids during sex. 

1. Angle your hips during sex.  If our hips tilt upward enough during sex, this will keep most of your sexual fluid inside of you.  Gravity will just keep it flowing back inside of you.

Two methods to do this are: 1) Place a firm pillow or two under your butt to lift the hips.  This may not be comfortable, however, or 2) Tilt the whole bed making it higher at the feet.  To do this, put a brick or thick book or two under the two legs at the foot of the bed, or buy 2 plastic Ôbed risersÕ at Walmart or other stores.  These are designed to elevate the feet of the bed.

The exact amount of lift needed for the bed will vary with each person, depending on the angle of the vagina.  Women with a more horizontal vagina will need a little less lift than those whose vagina tilts back a lot.

3. Avoid sex until marriage.  I know this is hard for those who crave sexual fluid, but it is best, and it will avoid pregnancy, plenty of diseases, and often humiliation, too.

 

            How men can avoid sexual fluid loss.  This is more difficult.  There are a number of techniques, but none are foolproof and some can be dangerous.

            The simplest ideas are to avoid masturbation, do not fantasize about sex and women, and avoid sex before marriage.            Faithfully doing the Pushing Down Exercise is also helpful.  Eating the foods that help with spontaneous and premature ejaculation may also help.  This topic is discussed below.

 

IV. CRAVING FOR SEXUAL FLUID

 

            This problem affects millions of people on earth, and mainly women.  If a woman experiences rape, the problem often becomes worse.  Without a ÒfixÓ of male or even female sexual fluid every few days or so, one feels weak, depressed and despairing, and might even consider committing suicide.

V. MASTURBATION

 

            This is basically a waste of sexual fluid.  It is a stupid, bad habit, no matter what any psychologist or doctor tells you. For details and how to stop it, read Masturbation on this site.

 

VI. SPONTANEOUS OR PREMATURE EJACULATION

 

            This is a problem for some men, usually younger men up to about age 50.  It appears to be a nutritional deficiency disease.  For details about it, read Spontaneous And Premature Ejaculation on this site.

VIII. OTHER

 

            Blood in male sexual fluid.  This is most often due to stress or conflict, often in relationships.  Try to resolve the conflict and the problem will often go away.  If it does not, then definitely consult a physician.

 

            Vaginal Dryness.  This is a problem for some women, usually after the menopause.  I suggest a nutritional balancing program, although it may take a while to work. 

In the meantime, use a simple lubricant such as some butter, cream or oil.  I do not recommend hormone creams because they can contribute to cancer.
