I. INTRODUCTION

DEFINITIONS

Orbiting. Orbiting means moving subtle energy properly through the microcosmic and macrocosmic orbits of the body. The proper flow is down the front of the body and up the back of the body. Also, the energy should move fast and with fullness.

The orbits. These are two subtle energy pathways that everyone has, as do all the animals.

The microcosmic orbit runs down the midline of the body from the top of the head to the floor of the pelvis. Then it turns around and flows up the back along the spine, and back to the top of the head.

The macrocosmic orbit runs from the top of the head down the front of the body along the midline. It goes down to the feet. There it turns around and moves upward along the backs of the legs, up along the spine and back to the top of the head.

THE BENEFITS OF ORBITING

These include better health, more development, more energy, more happiness and more ease in one's life. Also, there is less need for sexual pleasure because orbiting is a means of self-pleasuring that is safe and beneficial.

II. ORBITING PROBLEMS

These are:

- Subtle energy often moves too slowly through the orbits.

- Energy may flow backward.

- The amount of subtle energy flowing through the orbits can be too little.

CAUSES FOR PROBLEMS WITH THE ORBITS

- Blocked energy channels. These are thousands of tiny vertical tubes through which subtle energy flows from the head to the feet. They can be clogged, crushed, weak or otherwise damaged. For details, read The Energy Channels.

- Problems of the dantiens. These are balls of subtle energy that must spin evenly and forward. For details, read The Dantiens.

- Adhesions. These occur when layers of body tissues stick or adhere to one another instead of sliding over each other. Adhesions often involve the fascia layer of tissue. For details, read Adhesions.

- Malnutrition. This is very common today due to mediocre food quality, improper diets, poor digestion, and bad eating habits such as eating too fast and drinking liquids with meals. For details, read The Food Story.

- Medical drugs, vaccines, ionizing radiation and other poisons. These can definitely slow the orbits.

- Bad posture, such as hunching. For details, read Posture.

- Chiropractic misalignments. These often block the flow of subtle energy. For details, read Chiropractic.

- Injuries to the body. These can be due to accidents and trauma such as rapes, beatings, poisoning or other causes. These block channels, slow down the dantiens, impair nutrition, and may cause chiropractic misalignments.

III. SOLUTIONS

To facilitate orbiting, the following are helpful:

By oneself:

- The full development program. Eating dry-roasted peanuts in the shell is very helpful. Coffee enemas are also helpful.

- Massage

- Chiropractic and/or the spinal twist procedures

- The pulling down procedure

- Deep breathing

- Visualizing the proper spinning of the orbits

- Opening the central channel or conception vessel. For details, read The Central Channel

- A forward-looking, positive attitude about life

With another:

- Down hugging or down sex

- Visualizing together
