I. INTRODUCTION

DEFINITION OF THE GREASE

The negs, thugs, satans or rogues often rub a greasy substance on women's bodies before beatings and rapes. There are several kinds. All probably contain:

Toxic metals and toxic chemicals. These are used to filth up and harm the women. Putting things on the skin is a very effective way to introduce them into the body.

DMSO. The grease also most likely contains DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide), a toxic chemical that increases penetration of other substances. DMSO has a garlicky smell and they may tell women that the grease contains garlic, but most likely it is DMSO.

Nutrients. The grease probably contains some nutrients that the thugs know the women need. Placing nutrients on the skin is called skin feeding, a method they use a lot. It is very effective.

The thugs first ruin the women's digestion with beatings, rapes and poisoning. Then women are hungry. When they come in for sessions, they may receive food or they get the grease that can contain nutrients.

As a result, at times one feels better with the grease. At other times, it feels very toxic.

II. REMOVING GREASE

Most people's skin is congested and toxic, even babies, at times. This is partly nutritional, and can be due to wearing toxic clothing or using lotions or oil on the skin. It is also often due to a nervous system condition called Sympathetic Dominance and to a lack of sun exposure.

A very common condition of body chemistry called Slow Oxidation also causes congestion of the skin and lack of sweating. The development program can help this condition.

There are a number of methods that can help remove grease. We need more research as to which ones are best. Here is a list of them:

GENERAL METHODS

- The development diet, supplement program and healing procedures greatly improve overall health. For more details, read Introduction To The Development Program.

- Plenty of rest and feeling safe. These are very good for the skin and everything else.

- Real love/healthy relationships. This is very relaxing and good for circulation.

- Relaxation methods. These help reduce sympathetic dominance and thus help circulation to the skin. For example, using a red heat lamp sauna for at least half an hour a day is a very powerful way to turn off the sympathetic nervous system.

- Humor. Watching funny movies or other methods to bring humor into your life can help relax the body and improve circulation.

TOPICAL METHODS

- Red heat lamp sauna or a standard sauna. This is excellent to use every day. It is relaxing and repeated use will cause more sweating and toxin removal through the skin.

It need not be costly. You just need three or four reddish heat lamps sold as chicken brooder lamps (about $10.00 each) set up properly in a bathtub area or other enclosed space.

We believe the best kind of sauna is one powered by reddish heat lamps. Conventional saunas are also good. We don't like far infrared saunas because they give off harmful EMF. For details, read Sauna Therapy.

- Hydrogen peroxide bath. This can help detoxify the skin. For details, read Baths.

- Skin brushing. This can help activate the skin. For details, read Skin Brushing.

- Use of steam. This puts distilled water on the skin and is relaxing and kills germs. For details, read Steam.

- Sunbathing. This is nourishing, can increase sweating and is good for the skin if it is not overdone.

- The salt glow. This is rubbing salt or a salt bar on the skin. It may help and some women report it reduces anxiety. For details, read The Salt Glow.

- Coffee applied to the skin. This can definitely help. The coffee is absorbed and contains nutrients and is a detoxifier.

- Massage. This might help by improving circulation to the skin. For details, read Massage.

- Deep breathing. This helps the entire body. For details, read Deep Breathing.

- Exercise. This can cause sweating. However, it tends to wear out the body so we don't recommend vigorous exercise. For details, read Exercise.

- Skin feeding. Placing kelp or other foods on the skin can help renourish and activate the skin.
