YOUR DAY
Your day begins with a prayer. Thank you, God or Lord or big being in the sky, I thank you for this day. May I do your Will all this day.
Spinal twist. Lie down on your back with legs straight and extended. Lift the right leg straight up in the air. Do your best. Then swing it over the other leg so your spine twists to the left.
Now repeat with the left leg. First lie down with both legs straight. Lift the left leg into the air. Now swing it over the right leg and all the way down to the bed. Normal for your spine to pop and crackle.
Pop the knees. Lie on your back with both legs extended and straight. Bend the right knee as much as you can so your right foot is near your behind. Now grab your leg just above the ankle with both hands and give it a pull. It is normal for the right knee to pop.
Now repeat with the other leg. Start with legs straight and extended. Bend the left leg as much as you can so the foot is near your behind. Now grab the bent leg with both hands just above the ankle and give it a tug.
Do each side a few times. Each knee can pop two times (there are two joints in each knee.
Pop the toes. This one is easy. Begin with both legs straight and extended. Bend the right knee so you can work on the right foot. Grab all the toes at once, or do a few at a time. Push the toes downward or away from yourself. Often, some or all of them will pop. This is very good for your brain because the toes reflex to the brain.
Now repeat the procedure with the other foot.
Do a foot rub. Lie or sit comfortably. Bend the right leg so you can work on the right foot easily. Begin with the toes and rub the entire foot. The bottom of the foot are the organ reflexes. The top of the foot are the energy centers and energy channels. Do both. Spend about 5 to 10 minutes on one foot, pressing all over. If an area hurts, it means it wants more pressing and rubbing.
Now repeat with the other foot.
These procedures will help make you hungry for breakfast and are very relaxing and healing.
Bathing. At some point in the day, a quick shower is very good. It can be before breakfast, or it might be later. Use soap and ideally brush the skin. For instructions, read Showering.
Breakfast. This includes protein such as egg, beans or meat. It also includes cooked vegetables. It also includes a starchy food. An excellent one is blue corn chips.
Cleanup. This keeps your room, computer area and maybe other parts of the house or apartment ready for action and safe.
School or service. Use this website to go to school and to do service.
Red heat lamp therapy or sauna therapy. We all need the energy of a red heat lamp. Start with just 10 minutes on your back, chest or abdomen.
Take off your shirt so the light shines on your skin. It won't hurt you.
If you are six years old or older, you can increase to 20 minutes. If you are 12 or older, you can increase to half an hour or even up to an hour a day if you like the way it feels.
Repeat the healing procedures from the morning if you have time, if needed for more healing, or just to relax. The procedures, sometimes called the spa morning routine, are the spinal twist, popping the knees and toes, and a foot rub.
Lunch. Same idea as breakfast.
Rest period. Always good to rest any time you need it. After lunch is a very good time for a rest. Lie down, shoes off, and if you get cold, cover up with at least a sheet or a blanket.
School or service. This is the same as in the morning. Use this website to go to school and to do service.
Exercise. (You can do this in the morning.) You can do this indoors with weights, an exercise bicycle or a treadmill. Or go outside. The sunshine is very good for everyone. Breathe deeply and do a little cleanup around the yard or walk or climb or play outside.
Repeat the spa morning routine if needed or to relax or for more healing.
Dinner. Same idea as breakfast and lunch.
Evening activity. This can be something with the family, or watching a movie or a little television if you can find something good to watch. Go here to find good quality and funny movies.
Evening prayer at bedtime (go to bed early, 7-9 PM and not later). Evening prayer is to say Thank you, God, for this day. I hope I did your Will. The day is done and I let it go.
Just before going to bed. Do the spa morning routine again in bed. It will help you relax and sleep better.
