DEFINITION
The alien starvation weapons are a large set of methods used by the alien group some call the thugs, crud, crap, rogues or satans.
They use these methods to malnourish the people, plants and animals of our planet. It is an extremely extensive and comprehensive starvation program.
It is largely ignored by those who should be sounding the alarm – the medical, nursing and nutritionist community. In fact, the medical community makes it much worse with their drugs, surgeries and miseducation.
Malnutrition can be of different types. The main type of malnutrition on earth today is not simply a lack of food. Most people have food.
However, the food is not good quality, much of the damage is very hidden and concealed with chemicals, preparation is often incorrect, digestion is terrible and stress depletes even more nutrients.
WHY USE MALNUTRITION AS A WEAPON?
It is one of the best, if not the best way to weaken people, damage their brains and their thinking, and take over the planet.
Stopping development. Malnutrition is also the best way to prevent or stop a very important healing process called development. Development is not well known on earth because the thugs don't want it known.
However, it is a completely natural process that increases the amount of DNA that is available to the body. This allows the body to make many more chemicals it requires.
The final effect is it greatly improves health, lengthens life, makes people much smarter, and causes the unfolding of special abilities. For details, read Introduction To Development.
THE SECRET OF THE SYSTEM
The secret is electronic life support. This is a very powerful alien technology put into most people today. It allows very sick bodies to remain alive.
People are able to poor quality food, often badly prepared and full of toxic chemicals. This would kill most people. However, electronic life support devices in everyone, even babies and some animals, keep the bodies alive. For details, read Life Support.

We will place the starvation weapons into five categories:
1. Methods to damage food as it is grown or raised.
2. Methods to damage food once it is grown through processing, refining and cooking.
3. Methods to damage the eating habits and diets.
4. Methods to weaken the digestion and absorption of food.
5. Methods to deplete nutrients or use up nutrients. Here are details:
II. METHODS TO DAMAGE FOOD AS IT IS GROWN OR RAISED.
1. The thugs steal minerals from the planet. This causes all food to be low in minerals such as zinc and selenium.
2. The thugs poison of all oceans, lakes and streams on earth. This is one of the worst crimes of the aliens. Fish and sea vegetables are a major food for most people on earth and most animals.
3. Most food is sprayed toxic chemicals, even organic food.
4. A variety of electronic and other weapons are used to weaken and damage the soils of the earth.
5. Superphosphate fertilizers (really growth stimulants) and toxic pesticides are allowed and used very widely. These produce more food, but it is toxic and unbalanced. It is also high in oxide forms of minerals. These are very harmful and irritate the body tissues.
6. Most crops are now hybrids that can handle the chemicals and other weapons. They are hardy, but not nearly as nutritious.
7. Some excellent vitamin products such as vitamin A are completely banned in the United States and perhaps in other nations. Only inferior synthetic vitamin A or retinyl palmitate is allowed.
8. Political methods are used that have taken away most people's family farms. This began in the United States with the so-called Great Depression. This was deliberate and calculated to take away people's land. Millions of people were forced off their land and into the cities. This prevented them from growing their own food.
9. The thugs also use weather control methods to cause droughts in some nations to damage agriculture.
10. All the above is allowed and, in fact, enforced by thoroughly illegal and corrupt government agencies. These include the Food And Drug Administration, the US Department of Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency. Other nations have similar corrupt regulatory agencies.

III. METHODS TO DAMAGE FOOD ONCE IT IS GROWN THROUGH PROCESSING, REFINING AND COOKING.
1. Refining of wheat, rice, corn, sugar, and salt. In each cases, this reduces the nutrient content of these basic foods by at least 70% and often much more.
Many food processing methods also remove souls from food. This is very important!
2. In our experience, frozen food may look good, but it is not quality food.
3. Canning food is okay if absolutely necessary, but it too damages food and the food is old. Many institutions such as schools, colleges, hospitals, restaurants and retirement homes basically serve almost all canned or frozen foods to save money. This is terrible.
We recommend a few canned foods such as sardines because this is the only way to obtain them in most areas.
4. The fast food industry half-cooks food in central kitchens and then finishes it at their stores. Their food quality and cooking methods are very poor and the food is high in chemicals.
5. Addition of up to 3000 food additives. These include toxic metals such as aluminum, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, bleaches, dough conditioners, and many more. Some “foods” approved by the illegal, corrupt and murderous Food And Drug Administration contain no food at all, and are simply chemicals.
6. Toxic methods of preservation such as food irradiation, gassing fruits, vegetables and meats, and spraying with waxes and other chemicals. This is extremely widespread and not required on the label.
7. Toxic packaging, in some cases. This problem is growing. We find packaged vegetables and meats are not as good as loose ones.
IV. METHODS TO DAMAGE EATING HABITS AND DIETS.
1. Physicians are not trained in nutrition and most don't even talk about it with clients. The entire medical system is insane in this regard.
2. Nutritional education and advice is usually wrong. For example, most books, nutritionists, physicians and others recommend raw vegetables, fruit, refined junk food, and toxic fermented foods.
Food advertising on television is often a lie.
3. The thugs force women to eat incorrectly. For example, many women are told to avoid red meat, enough vegetables, and other excellent foods.
4. Terrible cooking education and practices. Among the worst are not enough cooking of vegetables and overcooking meats. Also, frying in heated oils is toxic, barbequing is toxic, and when one boils food one generally throws away minerals in the water.
5. Microwave ovens are toxic and should never be used.
6. Instructions that come with pressure cookers are wrong and cause overcooking.
7. Aluminum cookware is somewhat toxic.
V. METHODS TO WEAKEN THE DIGESTION AND ABSORPTION OF FOOD
1. Beatings and rapes. These are allowed and some are told they are legal. They are completely illegal.
2. Many toxic medical drugs interfere with digestion. Most herbs today are toxic for the intestines, as well. Taking a lot of isolated vitamins, a method used by some physicians and nutritionists, is also harmful for digestion.
These are often recommended in food bars, shakes, smoothies and powders that are bad food combinations and damage digestion.
3. Surgery can interfere with digestion. The thugs remove part of the pancreas in everyone and may remove other digestion-related organs.
4. Diseases such as intestinal infections, parasitic worms, yeast infections and many others wreck digestion. These are extremely common and put into people by the thugs. Physicians know little about them and getting rid of them is difficult.
5. Keeping people in fear, especially women, ruins digestion. Lying to people also damages digestion.
6. Use of electronic implants in the bodies by the thugs damages digestion. These are extremely widespread.
7. Improper lifestyles with too much stress of any kind damages digestion.
6. Therapies such as fasting, intermittent fasting, diet pills, HCG therapy and others interfere with proper nutrition. They are not the answer for obesity.
VI. METHODS TO DEPLETE NUTRIENTS OR USE UP NUTRIENTS
1. This includes anything that stresses the bodies. Among the worst methods are beatings, rapes and poisoning by the aliens or thugs. These are use on most everyone on earth.
2. Special worms are put inside everyone on earth by the same group. These worms literally eat our food, depriving the body of it.

MORE THUGGERY, BLACKMAIL, AND TRICKING PEOPLE
Malnutrition of the population is a bad enough crime. However, the aliens also use malnutrition to trick women, in particular, into submitting to more rapes, beatings poisoning and other tortures.
First they starve and harm women and some men in hundreds of ways. Then they tell the women if they want to feel better and have good food, they must submit to rapes, beatings and more. It is another level of crime.
CONGENITAL MALNUTRITION
This is a very important subject. Most all babies today are malnourished at birth. That is what the souls tell us.
This is due to malnutrition and other damage to their mothers. It is the rule, not the exception today. It is the cause of many problems of children and of society.

As stated at the beginning of this article, malnutrition can be of different types. The pigsty effect. An issue for those who do coffee enemas is that if one also eats well, to some degree one will feed all the starving people around oneself. This is a “social” or “communal” effect of coffee enemas that we observe.
This is very loving. However, it means that one must be careful socially.
THE UNDERWORLD
We believe that the phenomena on earth called the underworld, the sats, the witches, the satans and the walking dead is very related to malnutrition. All of these people and creatures are very malnourished.
