I. INTRODUCTION

DEFINITION

Purines and pyrimidines are special ring-shaped chemicals found in all living beings. They are a type of amino acids. This means they contain carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus. Our bodies make some of them and they are found in some protein foods.

Purines have a double ring structure. Pyrimidines have a single ring structure.

Names. The names of the purines are adenine and guanine. The names of the pyrimidines are cytosine, uracil, and thymine.

Purines and pyrimidines tend to have a grayish color and often give foods that contain them a somewhat darker color.

At times, foods that contain purines and pyrimidines are called RNA/DNA foods because the body uses these chemicals to make RNA and DNA.

FOOD SOURCES

High-purine foods are sardines, anchovies, herring, nutritional yeast and nuts.

NOTE: We do not recommend eating whole nuts until one is developed to a significant degree. This requires at least 25 years on the development program. Until that time, we recommend eating two tablespoons of roasted almond butter each day. Ground almonds are much easier to digest than whole nuts.

Blue corn also contains a fair amount of purines and pyrimidines. Organ meats are another good source.

NOTE: We do not recommend eating most organ meat. Unfortunately, organ meats are quite loaded with heavy metals and other toxins. Please do not eat them.

Medium-level purine foods include dark meat chicken, goat cheese, and some fish.

NOTE: We do not recommend eating most fish and seafood because they are too toxic today.

Low purine foods are beef, lamb, eggs and cow dairy products.

II. ROLES IN THE BODY OF PURINES AND PYRIMIDINES

MAKING DNA AND RNA

The highest concentrations of purines and pyrimidines are in the nuclei of each cell of the body. There they are used by the body to make DNA and RNA. These are the chemicals that contain the body's genetic code.

A second rather unusual use of purines and pyrimidines is to connect one to higher realms of reality or to God. We will discuss this below.

USE ON THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Slowing the oxidation rate. Purines and pyrimidines are good nutrients for everyone. They also have the property of slowing the oxidation rate. I believe this was research done by George Watson, PhD.

The development program uses purines and pyrimidines as a dietary method to slow the oxidation rate. Balancing the oxidation rate is most important in development science.

This appears to work by inhibiting the sympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system.

Increasing the sodium/potassium ratio. Eating high-purine foods also somewhat helps raise the hair tissue sodium/potassium ratio.

III. OTHER TOPICS

SPIRITUAL ASPECTS OF PURINES AND PYRIMIDINES

The following is an esoteric subject, but one that is very important at this time in history. At this time, many people are becoming more interested in their spiritual life and in the process called development.

Purines and pyrimidines contain special souls that are excellent communicators. They are able to enhance one's contact with higher levels of creation.

This is a very unusual property and an important reason to consume high-purine, high-pyrimidine foods at this time.

COOKING PURINES AND PYRIMIDINES

These chemicals are delicate and heat-sensitive. So it is best to eat them with only minimal cooking. Most people overcook meats. Sardines are good purine foods because they are cooked in the can and not overcooked.

mRNA VACCINES

The covid-19 vaccines contain some purines and pyrimidines because they contain a little messenger RNA or mRNA.

NOTE: We do not believe the RNA in these vaccines can reach the interior of the cells to produce immune substances. Therefore, we do not believe the vaccines work as claimed and we do not recommend them.

They also contain toxic substances including iron, which make them very unsafe. Statistics so far (late 2022) indicate they are much more dangerous than other vaccines and their use should be halted at once.
