When most people think of how to maintain and extend life, they think of medical methods such as drugs or surgery. They may also think of nutrition and nutritional supplements. However, there are other, somewhat more unusual methods that can be quite powerful.
We have divided the following into:
1. Very active or deliberate methods
2. Somewhat active or deliberate methods
3. Passive or unconscious methods
VERY ACTIVE METHODS OF LIFE SUPPORT
A NUTRITIONAL BALANCING PROGRAM
This involves a number of life support methods such as the diet, lifestyle, nutritional supplements, and the healing procedures. It is powerful, but will only take a person so far unless one emphasizes the pushing down exercise. For this reason, it is discussed below by itself.
THE PUSHING DOWN EXERCISE
This exercise is an amazing life support system. It is the best because it is very powerful, and can be done at home. There is no financial cost, it can be done at any time one wishes, at any age, and in any state of health.
It works by forcefully moving mental energy downward from the head to the feet. The energy then, by itself, turns around and goes up the back in what are called the microcosmic orbit and the macrocosmic orbit. This, in turn, spins the seven major physical energy centers in the correct way to sustain and enhance life.
This is another powerful method if one understands it well enough. Prayer can involve several different elements:
1. Speaking words that express a desire for some kind of action or an affirmation of some action. A desire for action might be the prayer, “Please help my friend get well.”
An affirmation means that you believe the action has already occurred and you are just affirming or confirming this fact. For example, one might say, “Thank you for taking care of my dog.” This presumes that the dog has already been cared for.
2. Intent. Just speaking words in a mechanical or rote way is not enough. Such prayers are generally not very effective.
More effective prayers are words accompanied by strong emotional energy or mental intent or desire, as though one really means what one says. Some people say the words out loud, or repeat the words, or feel emotion as they say them. This helps prayer.
3. Consciously shoot a bolt of mental energy to the one for whom you are praying. In addition to saying words and having a strong desire for action of some kind, some people direct energy to another person, for example. This will tend to make your prayer even more powerful.
You can either shoot the bolt of energy yourself or you can ask God, Jesus or another being to do it for you. Either method seems to help.
4. When you pray for your own healing or anything else, shoot the bolt of energy straight downward from your head to your feet. This action is identical to the pushing down exercise described above except that you have added words to it. It is the most powerful type of praying. The may words qualify, specify or narrow down the request for help.
SOMEWHAT ACTIVE METHODS
This occurs all the time between husbands and wives, for example. It also often occurs between children and parents, and between friends and even between professional colleagues and perhaps during prayers for others whom one does not even know.
By having love and sympathy for another person, one can bring to oneself some of the imbalances of another person to be resolved.
Intimate blending is similar, but more powerful, at times. It requires being in close proximity to another person or animal, such as sleeping next to someone, or being in a sexual relationship with another. This is used in down sex, for example.
TAKING ON THE PROBLEMS OF ANOTHER
It is possible to do this, at times. In these cases, a stronger person takes on the issues or problems of a weaker person who cannot handle the problem by himself or herself. For example, in the Bible, we are told to give out problems over the Jesus or to God.
REACHING OUT TO OTHERS THROUGH WRITING, SPEAKING OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL APPROACHES
This is quite powerful, and can help others to wake up or to have hope, or to solve their problems at an intellectual level, and therefore save their life.
People have used methods such as chiropractic, Rolfing, yoga, tai chi, chi kung and many other healing arts to maintain and extend life. Most work by opening channels, by removing blockages, or by spinning the energy centers faster and more evenly.
THE LIFE MACHINE
This is sometimes called the Graham machine because it was built by a man named Graham. There are very few of these around, however, and they are large and cumbersome devices.
Certain implants placed correctly in the brain can keep particular channels open and sustain life in this way.
A few cranio-sacral practitioners know a technique that moves the cerebro-spinal fluid very rapidly down the front of the body and up the back. This has to be done every two weeks or more frequently because the treatments do not last any longer but it can help.
We do not recommend this method because it is expensive, and very few practitioners understand and practice it. However, it helps some people.
RECEIVING PRAYER OR OTHER INTERVENTIONS
Many people receive help without being aware of it. It is a reason to always feel grateful and express gratitude, no matter what is occurring. Things could be worse, were it not for the grace of a master or someone else who is intervening or praying for you.
Other common life support methods are medical interventions such as surgery, drugs, random supplements, and other medical procedures.
