I. INTRODUCTION

DEFINITION OF TOXICITY

A substance, procedure or situation is toxic if its overall effect(s) are harmful to the body. Many substances, including foods, are slightly toxic. However, if the toxicity is short-lived and mild one usually does not call the substance or procedure toxic.

II. QUALITIES OF TOXINS

Very Subtle. Some toxins are subtle and their effects are difficult to detect. A very common one of these is the quality of yin or cold.

Yin. This means expansive and cold and is a physics concept. In practice, it is a quality of many substances, procedures or therapies that may provide symptomatic help but does subtle damage to the body by making it more yin or cold.

This is very common effect of foods, medical drugs, herbs, homeopathy, and nutritional supplements.

Vibrational effects. These are toxic effects of some therapies or procedures that are very difficult to detect. Examples are homeopathic toxins and toxins from witchcraft.

Cumulative toxins. Some toxins are not too serious in small amounts, but they tend to remain and accumulate in the body. Ionizing radiation is one of these. A tiny amount is not too bad, but as one gets more, the effects become more pronounced.

Our medical team tells us that certain foods such as avocados, coconut, too many eggs leave toxins in the liver that accumulate if one eats more of the food. Women can safely have up to 6 eggs per week and men can have up to 8 eggs per week. Eggs should be cooked soft, and never hard.

Delayed toxicity. Some toxins are difficult to detect because their effects are slow. This is true of some of the toxic metals and some chemical compounds.

Deadly toxins. These are substances that are very harmful even in tiny amounts.

III. LEVELS OF TOXICITY

One way to understand toxicity is with the 7 system:

1. Physical toxins. These include thousands of chemical compounds. It also includes beating, rape, and molestation of the body. It also includes other types of physical abuse such as yelling, burning, freezing, shooting, puncturing or otherwise physically attacking the body.

2. Emotional toxins. These include negative emotions such as fear, anger, grief, sadness, and excessive seriousness.

3. Simple mental toxins. These include feeling confused, out of control, helpless, or powerless.

4. Social toxins. These are relationships that are harmful for various reasons. One may not be treated with full dignity and respect, lack of love and caring, or there may be physical or emotional abuse.

5. Expressive toxins. These are toxic situations, people or substances that interfere with self-expression, creativity or which damage partnerships such as marriage.

Some physical toxins damage the fifth energy center, the throat area, the thyroid gland or the neck. Mental and emotional situations such as fear can interfere with creative expression.

Problems of partnerships include disrespect, lack of trust, infidelity, or physical or mental abuse of one's partner.

6. Intellectual toxins. These are any lies, deceptions, exaggerations or false theories, doctrines or distorted facts.

7. Spiritual or religious toxins. These include false 'gods' or false or improper devotions or objects of worship.

IV. PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS

Deep healing and development. These require that the body be freed of many types of toxins. Some of these are difficult to detect. We are grateful and blessed that we are able to tune into souls who tell us about toxic situations and substances that otherwise defy detection.
