I. INTRODUCTION
DEFINITION
Energy center massage is rubbing or pressing or just holding the energy centers of the body.
This therapy is very helpful for development. It is excellent to do with your children, and with each other. In fact, it is the fastest way to develop young children and even babies. For adults, ways to do this procedure are:
1. With an assistant. This is the usual way to do it.
2. Possibly in a shower where you have put two shower massagers. This is not difficult to rig up. However, one must have high water pressure.
3. Do it to yourself. However, this is awkward and tiring.
II. DETAILS
1. With an assistant. One person sits comfortably on a chair or couch. The person can wear some clothing. A second person does the massage.
The procedure is to massage the seven physical energy centers for 1-2 minutes each. This is a total of 7-14 minutes of massage. Massage them in this order:
1. First and Seventh: The person to be massaged must lie down for this part of the massage only.
Place the fingers of one hand on the crown of the head. This is not the top of the head, but rather behind the top of the head. Spin this area counterclockwise if you are looking down from above at the person’s head.
At the same time, place the fingers of the other hand on the first energy center. Putting a hand on the first energy center is a little embarrassing, but necessary. We suggest that men do the massage on the men and women do it on other women. Here is how to do it modestly:
For men, put the thumb in front of the penis and place one or more fingers behind the testicles. For women, put the thumb on one side of the vagina, and place several fingers on the other side of the vagina. Spin this center clockwise or to the right if you are looking down at the first center area of the body. This is the opposite direction from the way you are spinning the crown of the head.
2. Sixth: Place the fingers of one hand between the eyebrows or just slightly above the eyebrows. Spin this center to the right or clockwise if you are looking at it from inside the person’s head.
Place the fingers of the other hand on the back of the head, straight back from the eyebrow area. Spin this area clockwise or to the right if you are looking at it from behind the person. Both hands should spin the centers same direction. Never spin the centers in opposite directions, front to back.
3. Fifth. Place the fingers of one hand on the front of the throat, about the middle of the neck. Spin this center clockwise or to the right if you are looking at it from inside the person’s neck.
Place the fingers of the other hand on the back of the neck, slightly lower than halfway down the neck. Spin this area to the right or clockwise if you are looking at it from behind the person.
4. Fourth. Place the fingers of one hand on the middle of the chest, at the level of the nipples. This is somewhat low on the chest. Spin this area to the right or clockwise if you are looking at it from inside the person’s chest.
Place the fingers of the other hand on the person’s back, directly behind your other hand. Spin this area to the right or clockwise if you are looking at the area from behind the person.
5. Third. Place the fingers of one hand on the person’s abdomen, in the middle of the body and at the level of about 3 or 4 finger-widths above the navel or belly button. Spin this area to the right or clockwise if you are looking at it from inside the person’s abdomen.
Place the fingers of the other hand on the person’s back, directly behind your other hand. Spin this area to the right or clockwise if you are looking at the area from behind the person.
6. Second. Place the fingers of one hand on the middle of the lower abdomen, about two finger-widths below the navel or belly button. Always warn the person that you will place a hand here, as it is a sensitive area, particularly for women. Spin this area to the right or clockwise if you are looking at it from inside the person’s pelvic area.
Place the fingers of the other hand on the person’s back, directly behind your other hand. Spin this area to the right or clockwise if you are looking at the area from behind the person.
7. First and Seventh: Repeat the first positions – crown of the head and first center. See #1 above for details.
IN THE SHOWER AND BY YOURSELF
2. Energy center massage in the shower. Follow the same order of the centers. However, instead of using a person’s hands, use the shower massager on the energy centers.
3. By yourself. Follow the same order of the centers. However, instead of using another person’s hands, use your own.
