A good sense of humor is most helpful in our world plagued by stupidity, hypocrisy and, at times, insanity.
“Commitment is important, but seriousness is a disease” (from the Jeshua material, the basis for The Real Self. If you have this disease, below is some wholesome humorous material to lighten things up.
We could discuss the biochemical benefits of laughter, but we will leave that to others. Suffice it to say, it works. Lots of books have been written about humor, such as Anatomy Of An Illness by Norman Cousins.
