____________
DEFINITION
The oral coffee hold is a way to introduce coffee into the upper part of the body for therapeutic purposes.
WHY IT WORKS
Coffee is a powerful therapeutic agent when prepared and used correctly. Its effects are due to a combination of the chemical effects of the coffee and the fact that fresh coffee contains many souls who are extremely helpful for healing the body.
Coffee in an enema or in the oral coffee hold also absorbs toxins from the entire body.
Drinking coffee does not provide most of these benefits because chemicals in the stomach destroy most of the therapeutic value of the coffee.
While some coffee from a coffee enema or vaginal coffee implant can reach the head, the oral coffee hold enables more of it to reach the head area. For more details about the therapeutic effects of coffee, read Coffee Enemas.
Preparing the coffee. Prepare the coffee just the same as one would for a coffee enema or vaginal coffee implant. For instructions, go The Procedures Handbook or Coffee Enemas.
Holding the coffee. Drink a mouthful of coffee and hold it in your mouth. Make sure you are relaxed, as this helps to hold the coffee in the mouth. Holding a little more coffee by puffing out your cheeks is helpful.
You may walk around with the coffee in your mouth. It is somewhat easier to sit or lie down while holding the coffee in your mouth. You can lie down during the procedure, although it is a little more difficult for some people to hold the coffee when lying down.
Duration. Hold the coffee for about 15 minutes. The best way to do the procedure is to then spit it out, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water three times. Then fill your mouth with more coffee for another 15 minutes.
Spit out the second batch of coffee after another 15 minutes. Again rinse your mouth with water three times. If you some absorb the coffee, it is okay.
Why rinse the mouth with water? The coffee will absorb toxins, similar to the way charcoal filters absorb toxins. It is best to remove all these toxins, so rinsing the mouth with water three times helps do this.
Children. This procedure is probably not for children under about the age of about 10. Children are somewhat more likely to swallow the coffee, which is not helpful. Practice with children using water first, before doing the procedure with coffee.
Damaging the teeth. Someone asked if oral coffee dissolves the enamel on teeth because coffee is a little acidic. We have had no reports of this. The coffee combines quickly with saliva, which is alkaline.
Distractions. Do not get too distracted, as this can cause you to swallow the coffee.
Pregnancy. The oral coffee hold appears perfectly safe during pregnancy.
Sneezing. Stay warm so you do not sneeze, as this causes coffee to go everywhere!
Staining the teeth. The oral coffee procedure does not stain the teeth to any degree. Brushing the teeth after doing the procedure can also prevent any staining. One can also try to keep the coffee away from the teeth.
Swallowing the coffee. This is not ideal, but it is not too harmful. It is a small amount of coffee that most people can tolerate easily.
Swallowing the coffee reduces the effectiveness of the procedure to a degree because coffee held in the mouth picks up toxins from the body. For this reason, it is best to spit out the coffee rather than swallow it.
Toxicity. After several years of recommending this procedure, we have had no reports of toxicity.
HOW OFTEN CAN ONE DO THE ORAL COFFEE HOLD?
Oral coffee can be done as often as every day, or even twice or three times daily, if needed.
WHEN TO USE THIS PROCEDURE
This procedure is not needed every day. It is a specialized procedure that is helpful for certain problems.
Oral coffee introduces coffee mainly into the head and the neck. It can be an excellent way to help detoxify and alleviate all conditions in these areas of the body. These include problems in the ears, nose, sinuses, teeth, eyes, brain, thyroid and neck area.
In addition, oral coffee may also help change one’s attitudes. The coffee will neutralize or remove toxins that may be contributing to some negative mental attitudes. This is particularly good for women to allow them to develop faster.
For healing reactions. This procedure can be excellent during healing reactions that occur during a development program that involve the ears, eyes, nose, sinuses, neck, thyroid or head.
An addition to coffee enemas. The oral coffee hold is not a complete substitute for coffee enemas. By itself, it does not provide protection against rogue attacks as well as does coffee enemas.
However, if one is sensitive to coffee or needs extra coffee quickly and there is no time for an enema, the oral coffee hold can be an excellent addition to coffee enemas.
COMBINING WITH OTHER PROCEDURES
You can do oral coffee at the same time that you do a coffee enema, vaginal coffee implant, peroxide implant, sauna therapy or other procedures.
A way to combine. For example, when you do a coffee enema, a little coffee remains in the enema tube and a little may remain in the enema bag or bucket. Hold the enema tube above the enema bucket or bag and open the clamp.
Some coffee will flow from the tube back into the bucket or bag. This will be about the right amount of coffee for an oral coffee hold. Put this coffee in a little cup and put it in your mouth. This may sound dirty, but it is not since the coffee that remains in the enema tube never touches your body.
