I. INTRODUCTION

This article is an introduction to the fascinating subject of how our bodies convert various forms of energy into forms or compounds that the cells can use to sustain life and health.

THE WORD CONVERSION

Living bodies do not technically produce energy. They convert energy from one form, such as sugars or fats, into another form that the cells can use to sustain themselves. If the cells get enough energy, one is usually healthy.

If a body cannot convert enough energy to sustain itself, the body will be tired and some bodily activities will not function properly. Also, it is much more likely that the person will steal energy from others just to feel good. This is called energy vampirism. It is discussed in more detail below.

CO-ENZYME A AND ATP

The final conversion products in the human and animals are either coenyzme A or ATP (adenosine triphosphate). These are like the refined gasoline used in the cars.

The cars cannot burn crude oil. It must be converted into a form that the cars can use. The same idea applies to our bodies.

The body cannot directly use sunlight or the heat of the sun to sustain itself. Only plants can use sunlight directly.

What occurs is the plants convert the solar energies into carbohydrates and fatty acids. Animals and human beings eat these foods and convert the carbohydrates and fatty acids into coenzyme A and ATP.

The 3 lower energy cycles produce mainly coenzyme A. The more powerful energy pathways produce both coenzyme A and more ATP. ATP is a better energy carrier molecule, meaning it carries more energy. It is a more concentrated form of fuel, analogous to higher octane gasoline.

II. PRINCIPLES

- Each conversion method, starting with number one below and moving to number seven, yields more energy.

- Each conversion method is somewhat more complex than the previous one.

- Each conversion method requires a healthier, less toxic and better nourished body than the previous one. The sicker the body, the more restricted it is to the lower or simpler methods of converting energy.

- The first three energy systems cause slow oxidation. System number four and above take one into true fast oxidation.

III. THE ENERGY CONVERSION METHODS

1. THE SUGAR SYSTEM OR GLYCOLYSIS

This is the most basic energy system of our bodies. It involves breaking open the ring structures that are sugars. The system is called glycolysis.

This system does not produce a lot of energy and will not sustain life very well or for very long. When one has to depend upon it, one is not doing well. It is like having an engine in a car that is much too small.

This method is used by cancer tissue, which has a lot of a tissue called trophoblast. This tissue burns sugar (glycolysis). However, it is also able to steal ATP and coenzyme A directly from a host organism. For more details, read The Trophoblast.

2. STARCH CONVERSION

The second most basic energy system involves breaking down complex sugars, also called starches. Simple sugars are called monosaccharides and disaccharides. Starches are more complex molecules called polysaccharides.

This system produces more energy but not very much. The body first takes apart the starch molecules, and the parts are sugars. Then the glycolysis system takes over and releases energy.

The oxidation rate. Most people are at level one or two today. They are slow oxidizers, even if their mineral charts reveal fast oxidation. In this case, they are what we call slow under stress or stress fast oxidizers. This is a toxic yang condition and is not true fast oxidation.

When this is one's dominant energy system, one may crave starches such as bread because starches break down in the body to sugars.

3. THE FAT-BASED ENERGY SYSTEM

This is a higher energy system based upon breaking down fat and oils. It produces much more energy than method #2 above. It also takes place inside the mitochondria of the cells.

This system is well known in biochemistry. It is better than methods #1 or #2 above, but not that good. Those who are using this energy system are slow oxidizers.

4. FAT CONVERSION WITH MORE ELECTRON TRANSPORT

This is the well-known Krebs or carboxylic acid cycle or pathway. It uses fatty acids to produce even more energy. It has been studied extensively by scientists. Some young children and a few adults who have a fast oxidation rate use this energy production method.

Dietary implications. Most people in a slow oxidation condition cannot use this cycle because their bodies are not healthy enough. This is why we restrict fat intake for these people – they cannot metabolize or burn fat very well and it becomes toxic. Often, they don’t like fat very much, either.

Babies and young children are usually in fast oxidation. This is why they do well on mother’s milk, which is high in fat. As they get older, they slow down and should not drink as much milk or eat as much fatty dairy foods.

Adults and some children who have a fast oxidation rate are mostly stress fast oxidizers or toxic fast oxidizers. This is not healthy fast oxidation but it can be a little better than a slow oxidation rate in terms of energy conversion.

They may use this cycle a little and need to eat some fat to power this cycle. This is why we recommend two tablespoons of extra fat or oil with each meal for adults who are in fast oxidation.

We now realize it is also possible to move into healthy fast oxidation, using energy conversion system #5.

5. THE TIME SYSTEM

This is an unusual system that is not available to undeveloped people. As one develops, one's ability to transmute minerals one into another grows.

This permits another energy pathway to operate. This pathway is not known in medicine and biochemistry because it is very rarely seen in human beings or animals on earth.

This pathway will convert more energy. It requires a very well-nourished and cleaned up body chemistry. It is a benefit of intermediate stage development and beyond.

This system may be called the time system because it involves souls called time souls. They spin the ether of space to create time and have other roles, as well.

6 and 7. SPIRITUAL CONVERSIONS

I am told that other methods of energy conversion are possible. They involve a different set of mineral transmutations and different energy pathways. They are not known on earth because they are very rarely seen. One of the minerals involved is gold.

To access these methods requires 50 to 100 years on the development program or perhaps much more. This is because the transmutations required do not occur unless the body is well-developed.

IV. VAMPIRISM – THE OTHER SOURCE OF ENERGY

The above are the normal ways that animals and human beings power and sustain themselves. The only alternative is to steal energy from others. This is called energy vampirism. This is common on earth today and causes massive disease, depression, anxiety and death. For details, read Energy Vampirism.
