THE OPEN POSITION PROCEDURE

The open position procedure is very good for health and is practice for radiating the energy of God to the entire world.

Step 1. Put the body in the open position. To do this, lie down flat on your back so you are comfortable. Do not use a pillow under your head. To open the body, do the following:

- Spread your arms and legs wide apart.

- Spread your fingers, and maybe spread your toes if you can.

- Arch the body a little so your behind is a little higher than your legs or arms.

- Arch the body from side to side. This means the middle of the body where the spinal cord is, is a little higher than the edges or sides of the body.

- You can open your neck by putting your head back.

Step 2. Do the light bulb exercise. Imagine there is a light bulb in the middle of your chest. It shines brightly in all directions – in front, behind, to the sides and up and down. It is sending out healing, love energy to everyone, everywhere. With practice, this becomes easier.

Stay in the open position for at least 20 minutes. Breathe deeply in this position. Feel the light leaving your body in front, in back, from your hands and feet, and all over the body. Ideally, do the open position procedure every day.
