Definition. Urine therapy is an old method of healing in which one drinks oneÕs own urine, about one cup daily, for the purpose of healing the body.
PROBLEMS WITH URINE THERAPY
Urine therapy is an
unusual therapy. However, I never
recommend it because:
1. Urine is a toxic substance. It contains many toxic chemicals and heavy metals that the
body is throwing off through the kidneys.
Urine therapy tends to be toxic for the kidneys, in particular.
2. This therapy is not needed if one follows a nutritional balancing
program.
3. Urine therapy may cause improvement in some symptoms, but for deep
healing and development it is ineffective, and definitely harmful.
