Certain health devices can be useful, if used correctly. They are not too important for
development, but can do help some people.
Here are a few of the them.
TREADMILLS
These machines allow a person to walk or jog safely without having to
go out of doors. They work
well. A simple one is usually
adequate. Always do the Pulling Down Exercise while using a treadmill.
It is much cleaner and much safer for women to have a treadmill at
oneÕs home, rather than go to a health club or gym. One can often find a used one at a thrift store if you donÕt
want to spend the money for a new one.
REBOUNDERS OR MINI-TRAMPOLINES
These are helpful to promote lymph flow and provide gentle exercise
for the body. One must do the
pulling down exercise while using a mini-tramp to move energy correctly through
the body.
THE CHI MACHINE
This is a small box that sits on the floor and moves oneÕs ankles back
and forth. One lies on the floor
on oneÕs back and puts the ankles in receptors on the machine. The machine slowly moves the legs and
spine back and forth. More
expensive models allow one to modify the speed of the movement, and this is
helpful.
These can help people relax and move energy through the body. One must do the pulling down exercise
while using the machine to move energy properly.
INVERSION TABLES OR BACKSWINGS
These are mechanical devices that allow one to invert or go upside
down to varying degrees. They take
pressure off the spine and help to stretch out the back and spinal column.
They can help with some back problems.
VIBRATION PLATFORM OR TABLE
This is a more expensive machine that one stands on and it vibrates
the entire body. It can have a
positive effect on the body. Be
sure to do the pulling down exercise while you are using this machine.
