The
Weston A. Price Foundation and some health newsletters recommend fermented cod
liver oil by Green Pastures. This
is a dangerous product that is rancid, impure and very harmful.
This
is just one problem with the Weston A. Price Foundation, which is spreading
very bad advice. There have been
many deaths due to this advice. (see http://www.davidgumpert.com/those-ticking-time-bombs-going-off-are-wapf-people-dying-too-young) December 2018
The bad advice includes:
1. TOO MUCH
FAT. They recommend eating 70% fat
in the diet. This is far too much
and contributes to cancer.
2. TOO MUCH
FERMENTED FOOD. They recommend a
lot of fermented foods. These are
often high in toxic aldehydes. For details, read Fermented Foods.
3. TOO MUCH
RAW FOOD. They recommend a lot of
salads, instead of cooked vegetable.
However, human beings cannot extract enough minerals from raw
vegetables. For details, read Raw Foods.
4.FRUIT. They recommend fruit, which we find is
harmful today. For details, read Fruit.
5. FERMENTED
COD LIVER OIL. This problem is
discussed in the paragraph above.
For more details, read The Weston Price Diet.
