I. INTRODUCTION
DEFINITION
The time stages of development are a large number of development stages that begin during the late beginner phase of development. The primary quality of these stages is that time souls are attracted into the body.
As a result, the person can do some rewinding and other activities related to time and the time souls. To reach this phase usually requires at least 40 or more years of following the development program.
REWINDING
Rewinding is reversing some, but not all events that have occurred in the past. Normally, one does not have the ability to do this. However, starting at this development stage, one gains this ability more and more. For more details, read Rewind Science.
A NEW BEGINNING
The start of the time stages is very important because they are the beginning of a new life for a person. One who has reached these stages begins to rewind certain events that occurred in the past.
This is a very important activity today because the earth is held captive by the alien group some call the thugs, crud, Rogues or satans. Starting at this stage, one slowly begins to undo this occupation of the earth through the activity of rewinding.
II. TIME AND THE TIME SOULS
TIME
I am told that time is not just the hours on a clock. Time is a physics quality of some space and has to do with certain spins of the ether or energy of space.
When the ether is spun correctly, a linear motion is set up and this is called time. I am told it is possible to alter this linear motion and it is even possible to live without time.
THE TIME SOULS
This is a type of soul that has a special ability to work with time. Examples of their abilities are:
- They give one the ability to rewind certain events.
- They give some people and souls the ability to peer into a number of possible futures. These can extend hundreds or even thousands of years into the future.
- They can help move the solar system back to where it belongs. This is an aspect of rewinding a past event.
Levels. There are many levels of time souls. Some are more advanced than others. More advanced ones can do more with time than the less advanced ones.

PROGRESS WITH THE TIME STAGES
At the beginning of the time stages, rewinding occurs slowly and very locally. It also requires a lot of effort and the use of a massage machine or other methods to enable it to occur.
As one develops further, rewinding occurs 1) more easily, 2) over a wider area, and 3) much faster.
