I. INTRODUCTION

DEFINITION

Retracing is an unusual and unique aspect of deep healing. It is a reversal or undoing of a problem or situation at a very deep level. This process can occur on a personal level, but also on a planetary level.

Retracing is not a well known idea because it does not occur often using standard medical or other methods of healing. It is different from other types of healing, which are more superficial. However, it can occur if conditions are correct.

Names. Other names used that mean the same as retracing are flare-ups, reactions, purification reactions, healing reactions, healing crises, catharsis. In medical terminology, there is a condition called IRIS (Immune Response Intensification Syndrome) and another called the Jax-Herzheimer Reaction.

Other articles. This article is about planetary retracing. This website also has articles about retracing that occurs in humans and other creatures. For details, read Retracing and Trauma Retracing.

II. THE PROCESS

Type 1. A completion reaction:

1. First there must occur an increase in the available adaptive energy of a planet. The cause could be a change of location, destroying a damaging being or piece of equipment, or something else.

2. Next, the planning souls and others decide to use this energy to heal a particular condition. The condition was CHRONIC. This means it did not kill the planet, but the planet could not heal it.

3. Next, the chronic condition changes to an acute condition. This means that an active fight begins.

4. The fight may go on for an hour, a day, a year or much longer. It ends hopefully with the full elimination of the negative condition.

Type II. A detoxification reaction

1. First, there must occur an increase in the available adaptive energy of a planet. The cause could be a change of location, destroying a damaging being or piece of equipment, or something else.

For this type of reaction, there may be a need to improve the planet's ability to remove toxic substances.

2. Next, the planetaries or other beings begin to remove one or more toxins from the planet.

3. Toxin removal is often not simple or easy. As a result, there can be temporary “side effects” of the detoxification. These could include temporary pollution of the air, water or other. It could also include disruption of planetary functioning in other ways. There could be changes in the atmosphere, in the oceans, on land or in other ways.

4. The pollution or other disturbance ends when the planet successfully finishes the elimination process.

NOTE: If there are many toxins to eliminate, as in the case of the earth, the planet may decide to remove only a part of the toxicity at one time. In this case, the reaction or other symptoms will occur for a time. Then they will stop. Later, however, another detoxification may occur with more symptoms. This process may occur many times with a very toxic planet.

Type III. Decompensation Reactions

In these instances, some type of imbalance exists on the planet. The imbalance, in turn, has caused compensation to take place to help preserve the planet.

For example, the earth has a wobble. Perhaps there are ocean currents or wind currents that are compensations to help stabilize the planet.

1. Once again, there must occur an increase in the available adaptive energy of the planet. The cause could be a change of location, destroying a damaging being or piece of equipment, or something else.

2. The planetary helpers remove the imbalance.

3. Now the compensations that were previously needed are no longer needed and cause trouble. This could result in temporary symptoms affecting the oceans, the land, the atmosphere, and could even cause earthquakes or other earth changes. It might also affect the plants, animals and other beings on the planet.

4. Symptoms go away when the compensations stop.

Type IV. A Rebuilding Reaction

1. Once again, there must occur an increase in the available adaptive energy of the planet. The cause could be a change of location, destroying a damaging being or piece of equipment, or something else.

2. A building process then follows. Perhaps minerals are returned to the earth. Perhaps other structures are restored or rebuilt. Water or oxygen that was removed might be returned.

3. The return and/or rebuilding causes temporary symptoms. For example, if vital minerals are returned (a very important problem on earth!), the vegetation, animal population, fish population, and even the climate might change, perhaps even in a sudden and somewhat violent way.

Nations and civilizations might also shift if the vegetation and animal life changes.

4. The reaction ceases when the planet rebalances and restores its previous equilibrium. This could occur quickly, but it could take many years if the planet has been missing minerals, for example, for thousands of years.

Type V. A Die-Off Reaction

1. Once again, there must occur an increase in the available adaptive energy of the planet. The cause could be a change of location, destroying a damaging being or piece of equipment, or something else.

2. The improved energy causes the death of many plants, animals, humans or other creatures. This may be necessary for the healing of the planet. It is like killing an infection or a cancer.

3. The rapid and widespread deaths create temporary symptoms. For example, the planet may not be able to immediately dispose of the dead bodies, or they may decompose and give off toxins. This occurs with some bacterial die-off.

4. Symptoms go away as the planet handles the die-off.

III. IS IT RETRACING?

An important consideration when a disturbance occurs on a planet is whether the disturbance is retracing or not. Retracing is generally excellent usually requires few remedies. If a disturbance is not retracing, it means the planet is more out of balance and may need other help.

A symptom or disturbance can also be partially retracing and partially a worsening of conditions.

Questions to ask to figure out if a reaction is retracing:

1. Are conditions on the planet improving? If so, it is more likely retracing.

2. Were things going better just before the disturbance or symptom occurred? If so, it is more likely retracing.

3. As concerns the present journey of our planet through space, was the planet and other beings moving backwards. If so, it is more likely a rewind and retracing.

4. An excellent idea, if at all possible, is to ask the planning souls, the planetaries and other smart, sensitive creatures if a symptom is retracing.

IV. THE TYPES OF DISTURBANCES THAT CAN OCCUR WITH RETRACING

The quick answer is basically anything can occur. This is a difficult aspect of retracing. It is unpredictable and often surprising. Also, it does not necessarily follow a reversal of the order of damage that occurred in the past.

Also, the severity of reactions can vary widely. Some can be quite violent, while others may be so subtle and mild one hardly notices them.

Also, the timing is unpredictable and there may be little or no warning.

Also, the levels of reality affected by the reaction can be physical, emotional, ego, social, mental or spiritual – or any combination of these.

V. WHAT TO DO

1. Relax and do your own development program. This will help any problem on our planet.

2. Contact the planning souls, the dans, the planetaries or others who tend to know more about situations on the planet.

3. Bring more love to the situation with prayers, affirmations and actions toward oneself and toward others.

4. Special procedures can often help. These include putting in more coffee, twin activities to bring in more dans, eating enough and eating correctly, drinking enough water

5. Keep one's thoughts and emotions happy and positive.

6. Seek to do the Will of the Creator for oneself and for the planet.

VI. CAUTIONS AND DANGERS

Retracing is potentially dangerous. A planet could die during retracing because a reaction is so serious that the planet cannot recover from it. We certainly hope this never occurs, but it is possible.

To avoid it, try to stay calm and in balance yourself. Also, help those around you to do the same.

Panic is never helpful. The healing procedures such as coffee enemas and dan science are often helpful to help the planet maintain its balance as it moves through retracing.

One can also ask for help from angels, birds, Father beings and others who help out.
