Many sensitive people, especially women, have a phenomenon called a hard core.
Identifying a core. It can often be felt in the foot reflexes as a very hard area down the center of the bottom of each foot.
It may also manifest as flabby tissue that surrounds a very tight layer of tissue. This is often found in the lower legs, and at times in breasts in women.
On a hair mineral test, a person with a hard core may have a calcium shell pattern.
Like another bony skeleton. The hard core functions to protect certain aspects of a person.
