Information from our volunteers about upcoming bills that we need to support, please read the  shared information below and contact your legistlators.

SB1416 is up for a vote Wednesday. This has to do with a physician's freedom to be able to educate the public about health services including off label ones. Please forward the link and ask people to email house and senate to vote YES on this.  They are voting Wednesday morning.

SUPPORT 3 NEW IMPORTANT VACCINE BILLS IN ARIZONA!

Three new bills have been introduced in the ARIZONA legislature to protect different aspects of individuals’ rights to choose regarding vaccines.

• S.B. 1430 takes away the Governor’s power to mandate vaccination or treatment during an emergency, changing it to “recommend,” unless specific requirements are met to classify the disease as both highly contagious and highly fatal. This bill also limits the length of time people can be quarantined to 30 days maximum.

• S.B. 1648 would prohibit requiring proof of the COVID-19 injection for employment, entry into public spaces or receipt of goods. It would also protect against discrimination.

• H.B. 2065 would eliminate vaccine mandates for school, except when there is an active case of a disease that a vaccine is intended to prevent in the school.

All of these are good bills – but it’s a long road from being filed to becoming law! We need you to make your voice heard!

Urge your legislators to support these bills, so that people don’t have to choose between taking a risky, experimental COVID injections and their jobs; and so that children are not forced to take dozens of different vaccines simply to attend school.

TAKE ACTION

1)      Help spread the word. Share this alert with your friends and family and ask that they support you in opposing dangerous COVID injection mandates and other oppressive restrictions or unnecessary procedures.

2)      Contact your State Senator and urge them to support S.B. 1430 and S.B. 1648. You can look up who represents you at: https://www.azleg.gov/findmylegislator/

Sample script for email or calls is below. Personalize it by adding your own sentences and/or changing the wording – personal letters are far more effective than form letters!

“My name is ____ and I live in (town.) I am calling to ask Senator ___ to support S.B. 1430 and S.B. 1648, which would prohibit mandates for experimental COVID-19 vaccines and limit the Governor’s power to mandate vaccines and treatments when a disease is not highly contagious or highly fatal.

I am particularly concerned about COVID-19 restrictions and mandates. The normal stages of vaccine testing are being skipped or abbreviated, even as initial results for some show high rates of injuries in the volunteers. And manufactures have been shielded from liability for any harm they may cause.

People should not be forced to be injected with a substance that could cause serious side effects, the scope of which will be largely unknown because of how quickly the vaccines have been rushed to market.

I urge you to do everything in your power to protect people’s right to choose what medical procedures they should undergo.”

“My name is ____ and I live in (town.) I am calling to ask Representative ___ to support H.B. 2065, which would remove school mandates for vaccinations, allowing parents to make the decisions that are best for the children based on their unique situations.

Vaccines can and do cause injuries ranging from minor discomfort to permanent disability or even death. The likelihood of a child being injured by a vaccine depends on numerous factors, including family history and personal medical history. Parents are in the best position to weigh the risks and benefits of vaccination, in cooperation with their family doctor, and the schools should not be used to create undue pressure.

I urge you to do everything in your power to protect people’s right to choose what medical procedures they or their children undergo. Please support H.B. 2065.”
