I. INTRODUCTION
DEFINITION
Supermarket feeding means obtaining some nutrition by going to a supermarket and standing in front of certain isles or displays in the market.
Energy from the food will pass to your body using this method. I now use it to improve nutrition. We highly recommend it!
AN ANSWER TO A VERY COMMON PROBLEM
Today food is all of mediocre quality. Also, most people have impaired digestion. Also, many people do not eat perfectly. Also, we believe that anyone who is nourished tends to share some food with the many people and animals who are malnourished.
As a result, most people suffer from some malnutrition. Just eating very well, even four times daily, is not enough to correct this problem.
One unusual, but helpful answer for this problem is to spend time in a precise way in a supermarket.
II. THE FEEDING PROCEDURE
1. If possible, choose a fairly large market. However, if all the local markets are small, it might still work. Another idea is to drive to a larger city with a larger market.
2. Plan to spend an hour or more at the market. If you are very tired, you may want to sit on an electric scooter. These are available at some markets.
3. Dress lightly, if possible. The reason is that less clothing will pass more food energy from the food into your body. If you are wearing a coat, when you arrive at the market open the coat at least halfway.
4. Stand as close to the food as you comfortably can. NOTE: Touching food or holding food to your body is helpful, but store managers don't like it and may tell you to leave.
5. If possible, try to tune in and feel if standing in front of a food item causes a sensation of nourishment. If you can do this, it would be a great help. Otherwise, follow the general routine below.
6. Begin with coffee. Stand close in front of bags or cans of regular coffee or bins of coffee beans. Stay there for 10 minutes. The reason is that getting coffee layers is very protective for the body.
The best idea is to do a coffee enema just before going to the supermarket. Holding coffee in the mouth for 15 minutes just before going to the market is also very good, but not quite as good as an enema.
7. Then move on and stand in front of the displays of the following foods. Stand in front of each of the following for at least five minutes:
eggs, meats, fish, sea food, a sushi bar if present, nuts, peanuts, vegetables and corn chips, particularly blue corn chips.
8. This is the routine. Other food isles seem less important and not worth bothering with. A few isles may be harmful to stay around. See below under cautions.
III. CAUTIONS
SAFETY
Some people, particularly women, may not want to hang around a supermarket. We don't have an answer for this except to go when it is less crowded.
AVOID CERTAIN FOOD ISLES
We do not recommend staying around food isles displaying fruit, alcohol, detergents, highly refined foods or highly chemicalized foods.
WHY NOT JUST BUY MORE FOOD?
I ask this question often. I am told that for the proper effects, large quantities of food are needed. I am told that it would be difficult or impossible to simply buy a lot of food and use it at home.
