An unusual and newer food on the development diet is green split peas, either eaten as a soup or stew with vegetables. We added it to the diet because the alien group some call the thugs, crud, rogues or satans damage many people's hearts to weaken people.
They shoot tiny holes in between the two sides of the heart. This mutilation weakens the heart and forces it to beat less forcefully to prevent a health catastrophe. They can also use this method to kill a person.
Green split peas, and not other beans, contain the most of certain chemicals that can heal and protect the heart from this killing technology. One other food is also helpful for this situation – old fashioned whole grain mustard.
HOW MUCH AND HOW OFTEN
We recommend everyone have a serving of split peas twice a week. This is for adults and children. It is a protein part of a meal.
SPLIT PEA RECIPE
Ways to prepare the split peas are:
1. Pressure cooking. For one adult, place about half a cup of split peas in a pressure cooker. Add about one cup of water. Turn on the pressure cooker. When it reaches operating pressure (the top vibrates), cook for about 9 minutes.
NOTE: The instructions that come with a Presto pressure cooker say not to pressure cook split peas. However, I find it works okay as long as one does not use much water – a little less than 2:1 water to peas.
NOTE: cooking time will vary somewhat depending upon your brand of pressures cooker and the altitude where you live. Also, this recipe does not fully dissolve the split peas and leaves them a little chewy. I am told this is the best way to eat them.
Stew. I save time and make a delicious stew by varying this recipe a little. I pressure cook the split peas for seven minutes. Then open the cooker and add plenty of chopped vegetables. Then close it up and cook for two more minutes. This makes quite a delicious split pea stew.
2. Boiling. You can simply boil about half a cup of split peas in a pot with about twice as much water, or slightly more. I am not sure of the cooking time, but it is likely about an hour. Cook just until the split peas are soft and a little chewy. I am told that is the best way to eat them, rather than totally dissolved.
3. Canned. One can buy split pea soup in a can. We prefer fresh food. However, for the protection of the heart, the canned soup works. Two brands in America that are good are Pacific Foods Organic Split Pea Soup and Annie's Organic Soups – Split Pea. I once bought Progresso Brand and it did not taste good.
