TOXIC PLANTS

To remain healthy and improve your health greatly, avoid eating or
even growing the following plants.
They are insidious poisons that are not needed for development. All of them contain small amounts of
toxic substances that slowly poison the body. They include:
All nightshade family vegetables:
All potatoes, such as white, red, purple and other potatoes. However, sweet potatoes are okay.
All
tomatoes – large and small.
All peppers
– This includes both sweet
red and green peppers and all hot peppers or chili peppers.
Eggplant –
both large and small types
Marijuana
– this includes CBD and all
marijuana products, which all contain cadmium, the most toxic metal on earth.
The coca plant, used to make cocaine. It may still be used in Coca Cola and other cola
drinks. These awful drinks got
their name from the coca plant, which used to be their main ingredient.
Coconut. Yes, I know everyone sells it, but it
is subtropical, which is very yin, and we donÕt like it.
Poppy. This is the plant from which heroin is
made.
OTHER HIGHLY TOXIC FOODS FOR
DEVELOPMENT
These foods may seem okay, but they are not. They include:
All pig
products (bacon, pork, ham, lard,
chorizo (fried pig skin, pork ribs and others)
All shellfish (shrimp, lobster, crab, scallops, eel and other crustacians).
All algae products (spirulina, chlorella,
blue-green algae and others). These are commonly used in Ògreen superfoodsÓ.
We use a product called Endoveggies that has a
tiny amount in it, but not enough to be a problem. When possible, we will offer a product that is free of it.
All duck,
goose, bison and buffalo products.
Other wild game animals are
good foods.
All wheat
and spelt. We hope these will be improved, but for
now they are irritating foods.
Rice and
lentils. These have been damaged somehow and are
best avoided at this time.
Soy products. A
little tofu or tempeh are not too bad, but generally avoid
soy products.
