I. ESSENTIALS
CARROTS – Grounding, warmth, and nourishment
DAIKON – Spiritually upliftment, grounding, extreme nutrition
ONIONS (red, white, yellow, sweet or vidalia, green, leeks, chives) – Love energy, wrapped and protected by the layers
SHALLOTS – The comforter, very high vibration, especially for women
PEARL AND CIPOLLINE ONIONS – Power, high level
RUTABAGA – Kingdom or 7 food and the crown, nourishing
BLUE CORN – Kingdom or 7 food
GOAT CHEESE/GOAT YOGURT (unpasteurized, if possible) -
Souls, and excellent quality fat
MEATS (chicken, lamb, some natural beef, corned beef, turkey, wild game and no pig products) – high quality protein, souls, fat
SARDINES (especially the brisling or small ones) – Brain food, nourishing the eyes, and love, omega-3 oils, vitamin D and much more (eat 3 cans/week)
EGGS (6/week for women and up to 8 per week for men) – Souls (yolk) and basic nourishment
TAHINI – Calcium, phosphorus, many minerals
ALMOND BUTTER – Wholeness and minerals
II. OTHER DEVELOPMENT VEGETABLES
GREEN BEANS – A balancer, sweet
CABBAGE (especially red cabbage) and BRUSSELS SPROUTS – Return to love and sanity
BROCOLLINI/BROCOLLI – Health and happiness
GOLDEN BEETS – Speeds up the energy centers, go easy
HORSERADISH – Strength, go easy
GARLIC – No yeast or cancer, go easy
CELERY – Nourishing, go easy
GINGER – Deep healing, especially digestion, go easy
