I. INTRODUCTION

DEFINITION

The coffee hold healing procedure consists of placing bags or cans of coffee next to the body while one sits or lies down. One can also place several bags of coffee in a shopping bag and fasten the bag around one's neck so that one carries the coffee with oneself as one walks around.

This is a newer procedure (December 2024). It can help enhance the coffee content of the body and it is easy, simple and clean.

It is not a substitute for coffee enemas. One needs to do at least one or two coffee enemas daily for the procedure to work.

II. PROCEDURAL DETAILS

What kind of coffee? One can use any whole bean or ground coffee. However, we recommend using whole bean coffee. Bags of ground coffee will tend to leak after a time, causing a mess. The coffee need not be perfectly fresh. Older coffee will work. Do not use instant coffee.

What kind of packaging? The procedure works with bags made of paper, plastic, or metalized bags used for some brands of coffee. It will also work using coffee that comes in cardboard or steel cans.

Must the coffee be against the skin? The procedure works the best if the bags of coffee directly touch the skin. However, it will also work if one is wearing a shirt or pants.

Where to place the coffee. The best places to put the bags of coffee are at the feet, touching the feet, or on the legs. The reason is that coffee has a drawing action and will pull subtle energy downward if it is placed along the lower body.

The procedure will also work with coffee placed on the abdomen, chest or back. Do not place coffee on or near the head because this will pull subtle energy in the wrong direction.

For how long should one hold coffee next to the body? So far, there is no limit to the time the coffee can be near the body. For example, one can sleep all night with a few bags of coffee along one's legs.

One can also eat meals with bags of coffee along the back of the chair and bags of coffee on either side of the body and even in the lap.

How often should one do this procedure? It can be done every day, even several times during one day.

III. CAUTIONS

Children. So far, this procedure is safe for children.

Need for coffee enemas. We believe the coffee holding procedure will not work if one does not do at least one or two coffee enemas each day. The reason is that the coffee in the enemas connects with the bags of coffee placed next to the body. If there is no coffee inside the body with which to connect, we believe the procedure will not work.

No coffee near the head. Do not place coffee on or near the head because this will pull subtle energy in the wrong direction.

Pregnancy and breast feeding. So far, this procedure is completely safe during pregnancy and while breast feeding.

Too much at night. We suggest not putting too much coffee around the body when one sleeps. Limit it to about four pound-sized bags of coffee. The reason is that using more may interfere with sleep.

This occurs because coffee has a diuretic effect. This means it causes one to lose water. This may be due to coffee toxicity or because coffee pulls toxins from the body to itself. The body then tries to get rid of the toxins.

Toxicity. So far, we have not observed toxicity from doing the procedure several times each day.
