THE BYLAWS OF THE UNITED STATES

I. INTRODUCTION
DEFINITION
I am told the original governing documents of the United States were 1) the Article of Formation (usually called the Articles) and 2) the Bylaws.
These governed the United states from 1777 to 1787. Then there occurred the Constitutional Convention, which replaced the Articles and Bylaws with a new document called the Constitution.
According to “official” history the Articles were not good enough, so the Constitutional convention was needed. However, I am told this is untrue.
I am told the Articles and Bylaws were excellent and worked very well. They were much better than the present Constitution. However, the alien group some call the thugs, crap, stinks, rogues or satans did not like them.
The thugs organized the constitutional convention, which was basically phony with almost no one in attendance. At this meeting, they issued a new document to replace the Articles and Bylaws, which they called the Constitution. Then they forced the new document on the American people.

II. CONTENT OF THE BYLAWS
We don't have a copy of the Bylaws at this time. All copies were ordered destroyed by the aliens. What follows is what I have been told by souls who were present at the founding of the American nation. We hope someday to have a copy of the actual Bylaws.
The Bylaws discussed:
Citizenship
The Elector System
Money – Gold as currency and nothing else.
The Territories and Possessions, and Statehood and the process of becoming a state.
Jury Nullification
Wars and Declarations of War
Occupations and the right to work, to earn money and to contract
Slavery – its absolute abolition right at the founding of the American nation. The former slaves were to be given the right to become Citizens of the new nations, just like the European colonists.
The Indians or Native people of America. They were to be given the opportunity to become Citizens of The United States just the same as the European colonists.
Requirements for police
Details about Electors and elections
The Right To work and protect one's property
Occupational licensing (illegal)
Jurisdiction
The Court System and some rules
Legal principles including separation of powers, jurisdiction, innocent until proven guilty, spreading of power (federalism), one set of laws for everyone, limited government, Citizen government, and delegation of powers to the government by the Citizens.
