SAUNA THERAPY EDUCATION AND TRAINING

We offer education and training for clinics, practitioners and the public in sauna detoxification therapy. We fee it is among the finest single therapies of its type today.

Traditional saunas are heated with an electric, gas or wood-fired heater. Some of the best-known sauna detoxification work was done by L. Ron Hubbard and other pioneers in the mid-twentieth century. Hubbard used these saunas as they were the only ones available.

In the past 40 years, newer types have been introduced. The far infrared sauna offers a more comfortable experience for many people. It is also much more energy efficient and can be made portable, both of which are excellent benefits. Also, infrared penetrates the skin an inch or so, adding power to the detoxification procedure.

More recently, infrared lamp saunas are becoming available as well. These rely on several heat lamps to power the sauna. They are still quite new, but have proven themselves in our estimation. They are even more energy efficient, lightweight, cost-effective and easily constructed at home or at a clinic. They offer color therapy as well as near infrared rays that penetrate more deeply and offer extremely beneficial healing energies as well. This is our favored type of sauna at this time, for most detoxification requirements.
