Note:  This vaccine information below is not just my opinion but represents direct quotes from a growing number of medical doctors  and medical researchers that soon learned early in their practice that medical drugs and vaccines have caused injury and death for millions of their patients around the world.

These doctors have rejected the mandatory requirement of medical orthodoxy that medical drugs and vaccines are the treatment of first choice for many diseases.  As a group, these honest doctors are called alternative, complementary, holistic doctors.  Many have lost their medical license for bucking the medical Establishment by refusing to prescribe drugs and vaccines for every minor and major illness. 

 

MANDATORY VACCINATION IS MEDICAL GENOCIDE

(Short Version)

     Taking vaccines made from blood of humans, aborted fetuses, diseased pigs and monkeys, mercury, aluminum and formaldehyde is a more of a cause of disease than a cure.  First Corinthians 3:16-17 and Deuteronomy 14:3 and 24:21 warns us not to defile the temple of God, our bodies, with anything unclean, which includes poisonous vaccines.

     The medical drug and vaccine industries and the medical Establishment with the help of the government are forcing you to allow the innocent flesh of your children to be defiled with vaccines contaminated with pus, filth and decaying  blood of humans, unborn babies and animals, and only then, after the health of your loved ones are compromised, can they enter the sanctuary of the government controlled schools. 

     Eustace Mullins in his book, Murder by Injection says, "Under the leadership of the nationÕs two most notorious quacks, Simmons and Fishbein (directors of the American Medical Association), a gigantic nationwide drug operation was perfected....Today, we suffer from a host of debilitating ailments, both mental and physical, nearly all of which can be traced directly to the operations of the chemical and drug (and vaccine) monopoly, and which pose the greatest threat to our continued existence as a nation."

     The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) operated by Dissatisfied Parents Together (DPT)Écharges that they have obtained evidence through the Freedom of Information Act that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is failing to properly monitor reports of deaths and injuries following vaccination and that doctors around the country are failing to report deaths and injuries which occur after vaccination.  Government bureaucrats report only 144 deaths annually associated with vaccines but  NVIC-DPT found an estimated 5,760 deaths each year caused by vaccines.  159 doctorsÕ offices in seven states were surveyed by NVIC-DPT.  In New York, only one out of 40 doctorsÕ offices confirmed that they report a death or injury following vaccination.  This shameful cover-up of vaccine caused injury and death by doctors around the country and the federal government is why more and more parents are losing faith in mandatory vaccination.  The doctors do not want to be sued for vaccine injury; they are pressured by medical Establishment to look the other way; and government servants sanction this form of legalized murder.

     In How To Raise A Healthy Child In Spite Of Your Doctor , Robert Mendelsohn, M.D. writes "The greatest threat of childhood diseases lies in the dangerous and ineffectual efforts made to prevent them through mass immunizationÉThere is no convincing scientific evidence that mass inoculations can be credited with eliminating any childhood diseaseÉThere are significant risks associated with every immunization and numerous contraindications that make it dangerous for the shots to be given to your childÉHave we traded mumps and measles for cancer and leukemia?ÉI would urge you to reject all innoculations for your child."

      Viera Scheibner, Ph.D. in an article and in her book, Vaccination:  100 Years of Orthodox Research Shows that Vaccines Represent a Medical Assault on the Immune System charges "The fact is that many countries that call themselves free succumbed to medical dictatorship...people are sicker and less healthy...A country which mandates vaccination is not a free country...It is a country of zombies who do what they are told by vested interests who intimidate them and use them to make money.

     "25,000...American babies succumb to cot deaths (crib death or sudden infant death) each year...Vaccination is the single biggest cause of cot deathÉWhen Japan  moved the vaccination age to 2 years, the cot death entity disappeared in that country (Cherry et al.  1988).

     "Sweden stopped administering the whooping cough vaccination in 1979 because...epidemics of whooping cough were occurring in fully vaccinated children...Not only did whooping cough become a mild disease with no deaths, but the age incidence of whooping cough returned to normal...clearly indicating that the vaccine was actually spreading the disease within the most vulnerable age group."  

     "Immunizations, including those practiced on babies, not only did not prevent at infectious diseases, they caused more suffering and more deaths than has any other human activity in the entire history of medical interventionÉAll vaccination should cease forthwith and all victims of their side-effects should be appropriately compensated.

     "Vaccinated children commonly exhibit a deranged immunological response by developing atypical measles, mumps and possibly many other atypical manifestations of the diseases targeted by vaccines.  It is far better, then, to allow the natural processes to proceed without harmful interference...Vaccination, by introducing viruses directly into the blood stream (thereby bypassing initial entry through the protective lymph nodes, thymus and spleen systems), far from preventing diseases, actually pushes the disease into a chronic form and deeper into the body where it then attacks vital organs.  The results of suppressing measles and other infections in this manner (by vaccination) are cancer and other auto-immune and chronic disease.

     "It is becoming more and more obvious that, instead of healing people, the orthodox medical system is creating more and more diseases --  all of which seem to be deadlyÉIndeed, after studying some 35,000 pages of orthodox medical papers, I found no evidence whatsoever that vaccines ever prevented any diseases."

     Harris L. Coulter, Ph.D. in DPT:  A Shot in the Dark warns us that "Between 15 and 20 percent of American school children are considered to be learning disabled with minimal brain dysfunction (directly caused by vaccine damage).  And in his book, Vaccination, Social Violence and Criminality:  The Medical Assault on the American Brain, Dr. Coulter writes "Developmental (learning) disabilities are nearly always generated by encephalitis.  And the primary cause of encephalitis in the United States and other industrialized countries is the childhood vaccination program...A large proportion of the millions of U.S. children and adults suffering from autism, seizures, mental retardation, hyperactivity, dyslexia, and other shoots and branches of the hydra-headed entity called Ôdevelopmental disabilities,Õ owe their disorders to one or another of the vaccines against childhood diseases.  The so-called Ôsociopathic personality,Õ which is at the root of the enormous increase in crime of  the past two decades, is also largely rooted in vaccine damage.  Thus, the vaccination programÉhas contributed to the wave of violent crime which is turning our cities into jungles where the strong and the vicious prey upon the weak and unprotected.

      An anonymous medical doctor in the Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients, Feb.-Mar., 1994, states "The medical paradigm that suggests vaccinations confer ÔimmunityÕ upon us, is, at best an economic conspiracy or at worst, a hoaxÉ(Vaccination) unquestionably weakens the defense system of the entire human race, generation after generationÉWe will continue to witness plagues of diseases as yet unnamedÉChildhood diseases are absolutely essential in the developmental process of the defense complex --  both individually as well as globallyÉThe case with compulsory vaccinations is nothing more than a massive experiment on a global scale with the high potential for a deadly backlashÉ.VaccinationsÉmust not be allowed to destroy the hard-won biological integrity and genetic immunocompetence of  the human race."

     No one under any circumstances has the right or power to vaccinate you or your children against your will and conviction.  All mandatory vaccination laws, including the military and foreign travel, contain legal exemptions and waivers, including medical and health related contraindications, religious opposition and personal beliefs, which  in effect, make it voluntary, meaning that if you comply, you take full responsibility for injury and death caused by vaccines.  Exemptions are included in compulsory vaccination laws to protect vaccine companies, vaccine pushing doctors and the government not you, because if the government allowed no exceptions, they must accept full responsibility for all vaccine injury and death.  Intimidation is used to force compliance in order to transfer the responsibility back to you when you finally submit to deadly vaccines.

Part 1:  Biblical Laws Against Vaccination

          The following quotes are from Vaccines and the Bible audio tape by Pastor Sheldon Emry, LordÕs Covenant Church.

     ÒVaccinations are a violation of GodÕs law...in First Corinthians 3:16-17 and Deuteronomy 14:3 and 24:21 (defiling the body, the temple of God, by eating (vaccines) an animal which had died from disease and by allowing injection and oral administration of filthy vaccines made from blood of diseased, unclean pigs and monkeys, mercury, aluminum and formaldehyde)...and more of a cause of disease than a cure...poisons in some cases introduced into the human body for the purpose of making the person ill and causing his death.

     ÒJesus Christ did not die on the cross to make the pig clean...(Acts 10 notwithstanding because)  you farmers, if you found a cow dead in the pasture, would you butcher it and eat it?...If GodÕs law was put away in Christ, why not have a vulture for Thanksgiving dinner instead of turkey?  How about serving your preacher fried bats the next time you have him over for dinner?  Would you call him a hypocrite if he refused to eat a bat and yet went home and ate a ham sandwich?  How come Jesus died to cleanse the pig and didnÕt cleanse the vulture, the heron and the bat at the same time?

     ÒYet, how many of you dear people know that the production of many of the so-called vaccines involves the giving of the disease to animals; then, when that disease has brought that animal to near death, it is in a dying state, they then use parts of the body of the animal including his blood to make the vaccine.  And that is what they inject into your once healthy children.  You would not knowingly feed your child the meat or blood of an animal which had died of disease but how many millions of Christian children have been injected with the blood and decaying fibers of a dying animal, which has been deliberately killed by disease?  The doctors donÕt call it food because if they did, you would not take it.  Instead, they call it vaccines or medicine, and you line your children up by the millions to take into their bodies (look up Leviticus 17:15-16 to learn the consequences).

     ÒVaccines, far from preventing diseases, may be one of the major reasons why millions of our people are sick and in ill health, many of them in their younger years.

     ÒSince the Swine Flu fiasco of 1976 (causing hundreds of deaths and thousands crippled)...people relate how they had flu shots and always got the flu till they quit getting flu shots; then, they didnÕt get the flu anymore...it took them years to catch on that they were getting the flu not from damp weather but from the flu shots. 

     ÒThe Soviet Union years ago stopped using the Salk polio vaccine because so many of her people were getting polio from the vaccine, but here in America, the medical profession goes right on using it.  Only here they donÕt call the disease polio anymore.  The doctors give it more esoteric names (encephalitis, meningitis, multiple sclerosis, etc.) and the paralyzed people and their relatives donÕt know that it is...polio.

     ÒThe fact that more and more researchers in the health field are voicing warnings that vaccines cause infections, cancer, paralysis and even the diseases they are supposed to prevent is little heard in the hallowed halls of (Rockefeller controlled) government officialdom.

     ÒChristians who live in America, a nation whose medical profession tells us that 2 out of 3 of us go to our graves with cancer, such Christians certainly have an obligation to investigate why it is that so many Christians will die untimely deaths of (cancer) a disease which is practically unknown in more primitive societies.  Something is injuring our bodies that is not injuring the so-called heathen.  What is it?  Do we have not only a right to know but an obligation to find out?  I think that Christians do.

     ÒToday, our state lawmakers (and Clinton)...are setting themselves up as gods, who say to our children (in genocidal mandatory immunization laws), you must defile your flesh with the pus, filth and decaying  blood of diseased and dying animals, and only then, after you are defiled, can you enter the sanctuary of the government controlled schools.  GodÕs command...not to defile (yourselves) with the flesh of animals, which have died from disease or injury is repeated (many times in the Bible)...should be enough to prove that GodÕs word does say that touching or taking in diseased animal flesh defiles the bodies of human beings...Vaccines made by deliberately infecting animals, such as monkeys, with disease.  After they have contracted the disease and are dying from it, there blood is drained out and the vaccine is made from their blood.  By accepting...vaccines into your body, you are, in effect, eating the decaying and dying flesh and blood of animals.

     ÒModern vaccines are made from the blood of diseased animals or humans...I wonder how many of you parents know your children may be getting vaccines made from human blood, yes, even from the blood of dying babies (and homosexuals dying from AIDS and hepatitis).

     ÒOne lady wrote me recently with the story of her refusal to allow her children to take the polio vaccinations required by her school.  She had found out that the polio vaccine had been made using the bodies of little babies which had been aborted but which had survived the abortion process.  The tiny babies were then kept alive, transferred to a laboratory where they were injected with disease.  Then, when the little body was at the right stage of disease, monitored, of course, by the ghouls who work in such laboratories, the babies blood was drained out and used to make vaccines.  The little babies die, of course, but you see, that isnÕt murder since the babies have been officially killed (by the Rockefeller medical doctors) several days before when they were dragged from their mothersÕ wombs...I donÕt suppose Planned Parenthood (first funded and still supported by the Rockefellers) informs its teenage clients that their aborted babies may be used for such purposes.

     ÒWell, this Christian mother was horrified at the thought of her children being injected with vaccines from such a source...She discovered that government health and school authorities knew all about the polio vaccine being made from murdered and dying babies.  They were not concerned.  They approved of it, which might give some of you parents an idea of what kind of people run government  health programs in the United States (internationalists, liberals, atheists, homosexuals, Freemasons, Communists).  Of course, murder (abortion) is also forbidden in the Old Testament laws, but then, I guess those who think all of those laws were put away in Christ condone murder as easily as they condone the polluting of our childrenÕs bodies with the diseased pus and blood of animals and of babies. 

     ÒGod said of the end of this age that all nations have drunk of the wine of Babylon, and therefore the nations are mad.  The word means insane, and that is the only word (along with government tyranny, medical prostitution and medical genocide), which can fit the mental condition of state, federal and school officials who condone such things in America.  May God have mercy on our blind and deluded people.

     ÒGod has summed it up for us in Deuteronomy 28:58-61...where God warned that if we disobeyed His law, there would come upon us all of diseases of Egypt...What a perfect picture of the American people today, including the many new diseases over which medical science puzzles and all because we have been mesmerized by the church teachings that we are no longer under GodÕs law.

     All vaccines are more harmful than good.  They will not and did not stop any infectious epidemics, which in the past declined as a result of better nutrition and sanitation prior to the use of vaccination; yet, the medical Establishment continues to give vaccines undeserved credit.  Holistic doctors worldwide agree that allowing your children to contract common childhood infections builds and protects the immune system, and  that vaccines do work to slightly decrease the incidence of disease but at the unacceptable cost of causing brain damage and learning disabilities (in 20% of the U.S. population), seizures, paralysis and death (vaccines are the primary cause of Sudden Infant Death), weakened immune system, leukemia, cancer, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, hepatitis, polio and a long list of auto-immune disorders caused by vaccination.

Part 2:  Vaccine Threat to Existence as a Nation

     ÒIn 1950, before mass immunizations began, the U.S.A. had the third lowest infant mortality rate in the world.  By 1986, the U.S.A. dropped to 17th place.  Today (1995), there are 23 countries ahead of the U.S.A., by now world renowned for its appalling infant mortality rate.  The greatest percentage of these deaths is from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (directly caused by vaccines).  Any country which mandates an extremely invasive medical procedure (vaccinations), with a lack of scientific foundation, its many known dangers and documented ineffectiveness, is not a free country.  It is a plutocracy of vested interests using the citizens as their guinea pigs and slaves to further their greedy designsÓ Viera Scheibner, Ph.D.

 

     Dr. Tedd Koren, D.C. in  "Why We Should Embrace Immunization" The Chiropractic Journal, December, 1993 states "There has been a running debate as to why chiropractors should embrace immunization.  Here are a few of the 'reasons' for doing so:  "The fear tactics used by the medical establishment work on meÉI hate to investigate health matters on my ownÉ.I follow the herdÉI'd have to defend my views to my parents and inlawsÉThe A.M.A. knows what's best for my familyÉI don't know anyone whose child was damaged by vaccinationsÉMy pediatrician told us toÉI own stock in Rohm and Haas, Smith, Klein, Lederle, Connagught and MerckÉThey say putting pus in children's blood is good for themÉI won't be around to see the long-term affects anywayÉWe don't believe in natural immunityÉMy parents did itÉThe ACA endorses the U.S.Public Health Service's immunization guidelinesÉNeedles are neat, my kids love themÉEverybody does itÉInsurance pays for itÉI don't want to upset anyone with my beliefsÉAltering the genes of future generations is my thingÉI don't think protecting my children is worth the effort of arguing with the school boardÉHey, I'm only following ordersÉThere is (an)...issue here...of personal freedom and responsibility.  Health decisions are private decisions that should be based on knowledge and understanding, not fear and coercion."

     ÒOne physician, Dr. Henry Bybee, of Norfolk, Virginia, has publicly stated, ÒMy honest opinion is that vaccine is the cause of more disease and suffering than anything I could name.  I believe that such diseases as cancer, syphilis, cold sores and many more disease conditions are the direct results of vaccination.  Yet, in the state of Virginia, and in many other states, parents are compelled to submit their children to this procedure while the medical profession not only receives its pay for this service, but also makes splendid and prospective patients for the future.Ó

     ÒIn medicine,Ó says Mullins, Òthe Rockefeller influence remains entrenched in its Medical Monopoly.  We have mentioned its control of the cancer industry through the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.  We have listed the directors of the major drug firms, each with its director from Chase Manhattan Bank, the Standard Oil Company or other Rockefeller firms.  The American College of Surgeons maintains a monopolistic control of hospitals through the powerful Hospital Survey Committee, with members Windthrop Aldrich and David McAlpine representing the Rockefeller control.Ó  End of quotes by Mullins.

     The following quotes are from Innoculation Ordered by Government Said Dangerous, The Spotlight, March 25, 1994.  ÒThe National Vaccine Information Center operated by Dissatisfied Parents Together (DPT)Écharges that they have obtained evidence through the Freedom of Information Act that the Department of Health and Human Services is failing to properly monitor reports of deaths and injuries following vaccination and that doctors around the country are failing to report deaths and injuries which occur after vaccination to HHSÉA total of 54,072 reports of adverse events following vaccination were listed in a 39-month period from July, 1990 to November, 1993 with 12,504 reports being associated with DPT vaccine, including 471 deathsÉThere are some lots of  vaccine which are associated with many more deaths and injuries than other lotsÉThe FDA has not recalled a suspicious lot of DPT vaccine because of high numbers of deaths and injuries assoicated with it for at least 15 years....That is because the position of those who operate VAERS is that the DPT vaccine does not cause death or injury.  So the death and injury reports are ignored.  It is a shocking example of how little we know about the true extent of vaccine-associated injuries and deaths.

     ÒAt the end of February, NVIC/DPT conducted a survey of 159 doctorsÕ offices in seven states....In New York, only one out of 40 doctorsÕ offices confirmed that they report  a death or injury following vaccinationÉThis shameful record of gross underreporting of adverse events following vaccination by doctors around the country coupled with the shameful cover-up of vaccine-associated deaths and injuries by the federal government is an example of why more and more parents are losing faith in the mass vaccination system.Ó  End of Spoltight quotes. 

     Based on this data, an estimated 5,760 deaths each year are caused by the DPT vaccine and only 144 deaths per year are reported by individual doctors and the government.  The FDAÉsurvey reported that one out of 40 doctors reported DPT associated deaths; therefore 144 deaths multiplied by 40 equals 5,760 deaths per year from the DPT vaccine.  Is your doctor lying to you?  Of course he is.  If your doctor does not support vaccines he can lose his license to practice medicine.

     The following quotes are from ÒAre Vaccines Generally Detrimental to the Human Defense System?Ó By Anonymous, Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients, Feb/Mar, 1994. ÒÒThe medical paradigm that suggests vaccinations confer ÔimmunityÕ upon us, is, at best an economic CONSPIRACY or at worst, a hoaxÉBecause of the political tidal wave in favor or more and more vaccinations and other obvious reasons, I wish to remain anonymous...As a Biochemist (MS) and Physiologist (Ph.D.)ÉI am familiar with and personally witnessed the results of vaccinations over the past 25 years...I personally inoculated close to 3,000 Mayan Indians.  Many of them suffered from the sequela that we see here in the United States:  inconsolable crying due to pain, high-fever, redness, swelling, ulcerations, coma, and occasionally, deathÉBy negating the idea that symptoms exist after being ÔshotÕ (with vaccines) we are losing valuable data on a daily basis, let alone lives.

     ÒSo for me the time has come to go beyond distorted perceptions and sometimes outright lies, to entertain the truthÉWe are presently in an epidemic that has global implications and that has infected the minds of those normally seen as giants in the field of medicine and politics.  It is known as Ôvaccinitis.Õ  Vaccinitis is a time bomb that has already gone off and most professionals have, so far, ignored it or remain ignorant about itÉThere has been no incentive to rule out the long-term, aberrant, mutagenic (carcinogenic) effects of antigens into the relatively new and immature defense systems of children.

      ÒToday, we are standing at the brink of another epidemic abyss and the ÔcureÕ will be the same as before:  more vaccinationsÉBut the sequela of denying a child the illness which balances its human nature with Mother Nature is the cause for concernÉ(Vaccination) unquestionably weakens the defense system of the entire human race, generation after generationÉWe will continue to witness plagues of diseases as yet unnamedÉChildhood diseases are absolutely essential in the developmental process of the defense complex --  both individually as well as globally.

     ÒThe dangerous practice of injecting diptheria, pertussis, tetanus, measules, mumps, rubella and polio into already compromised tissue lowers immunocompetenceÉWe should know by now that scientific ÔadvancesÕ that still attempt to bypass and trick Mother Nature cannot long exist without serious repercussions that take generations to undo.

     ÒInfections are usually introduced through the mucosal barrier.  In natural immunity the IgA (secretory) antibiodies coat this surface and become a primary defense tactic setting off a host of sequences that eventually allow the antigen to be removed in  the same manner in which it arrived  --  through the mucosal barrier  --  as seen in coughing, sneezing and exudationsÉVaccinations bypass this carefully designed evolutionary system by introducing toxic matter directly into the bloodstream.  This gives the body no warning, no generalized inflammatory response, no chance to recognize, duplicate or defend itself against future challenges from typical antigens.  Instead, often fatal or paralytic forms of the condition(s) follow the inoculation.

     ÒOnce these bits...start the production of non-self proteins, the only proper response from the organism must be to make antibodies --  against its own cells....Unable to distinguish between friend and foe the confused organism violates itself.   Diseases with this characteristic we call auto-immune disordersÉThe following conditions are considered well-established auto-immune diseases:  hemolytic anemia, granulocytopenias and thrombocytopenias, immune thyroiditis, sympathetic opthalmopathy, and chronic active hepatitis.  Other candidates with elements of auto-immune pathogenesis are polyarthritis, rheumatic fever and endomyocarditis, periarteritis nodosa, AddisonÕs disease, atrophic gastritis, pernicious anemia, immune pancreatitis, primary billiary cirrhosis and ulcerative colitis --  but you can be sure there are many more as yet unrecognizedÉSuffice it to say that some of the major killers in the U.S. are among them.   Many more just make life a living hell.

     ÒI suspect that while partial ÔimmunityÕ for certain individuals in a limited number of diseases may purchase protection for a restricted period of time, wholesale vaccinations will, over several generations bring about major susceptibilities to, as-yet unknown, faster-killing, but more generally chronic degenerative diseasesÉÔImmunization programs against flu, measles, mumps, polio, and so forth, may actually be seeding humans with RNA to form latent proviruses in cells throughout the body.  These latent proviruses could be molecules in search of disease:  when activated under the proper conditions, they could cause a variety of disease....Õ  So said Prof. Robert Simpson of Rutgers in a 1976 seminar for science writers sponsored by the American Cancer Society.    He then listed a number of conditions like rhematoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ParkinsonÕs disease and Ôperhaps cancer.Õ   One wonders whether he would have included AIDS in this category if he had spoken a decade later.  These are the conditions related to a deficiency of the immune system.

     ÒThe consistency of published and unpublished reports of brain damage after vaccination in previously healthy babies is most disturbing and in fact mind-boggling.  This includes the so-called minimal brain damage reflected in learning difficulties, dyslexia, autism, hyperactivity and other behavioral problems, or even criminality so well described by Harris L.      The following quotes are from Dr. ScheibnerÕs book, Vaccination:  ÒImmunizations, including those practiced on babies, not only did not prevent at infectious diseases, they caused more suffering and more deaths than has any other human activity in the entire history of medical intervention.  It will be decades before the mopping-up after the disasters caused by childhood vaccination will be completed.  All vaccination should cease forthwith and all victims of their side-effects should be appropriately compensated.

     ÒThe best evidence of ineffectiveness of vaccines comes from two facts:  firstly, such deadly diseases as bubonic plague disappeared without any immunization programs, simply because of better sanitation and nutrition and uncrowded lifestyles and secondly, the countries which do not vaccinate against certain diseases, like pertussis, report amelioration of the disease and the incidence which compares favorably with the incidence of whooping cough in those countries which claim an almost complete pertussis vaccination cover...While studying thousands of pages written on vaccines, I have not found a single paper which would demonstrate that in epidemic situations only unvaccinated children contracted the diseases.

     ÒIt is a frightening story of our federal health agencies aggressively promoting a (pertussis, whooping cough) vaccine they know to be highly reactive but failing to organize a credible national reaction reporting system to assess the true incidence of permanent vaccine damage; failing to conduct large-scale clinical tests for safety; failing to improve the laboratory tests for vaccine potency and toxicity; and ignoring information about vaccine reactions...And finally, this is a profoundly moving story of the true victims of this medical scandal:  the unknown numbers of vaccine-damaged children and their parents who, like soldiers in a terrible war, have given their lives for a society that refuses to accept any responsibility for the sacrifice it has required them to make.

    ÒJanet asked the coroner why he could not state point-blank that RichieÕs death was due to a DPT shot reaction, when it was obvious...He said he couldnÕt write down on the death certificate that Richie had died from a DPT reaction because Ôthe stateÕs standing on immunizations would be in an uproar.

     ÒEllen went over SherryÕs reaction with her pediatrician when she took Sherry to him two months later, but he did not express concern.  He gave Sherry her second DPT shot, and she suffered another high fever and bout of high-pitched screaming...It wasnÕt until a few months ago that any pediatric neurologist would admit that SherryÕs retardation (now in her teens) was due to the pertussis vaccine in the DPT shots.

     ÒA pertussis vaccine reaction can occur in several stages.  First, there is an acute or immediate reaction after the injection.  This first reaction may be self-contained and followed by complete recovery.  But an acute reaction may also lead to long-term chronic physical, mental, emotional or neurological disturbances which remain with child in some form for the remainder of his life.

     ÒThe most common reaction (to the DPT vaccine) is local:  pain, redness, soreness, or swelling...The next most common reaction to the DPT shot is a fever...(Other reactions include:)  vomiting and diarrhea...cough, runny nose, and ear infections...high-pitched screaming and persistent crying...collapse or shock-like episodes...excessive sleepiness...convulsions, epilepsy, and infantile spasms...loss of muscle control...inflammation of the brain...meningitis, encephalitis, encephalomyelitis, and bulging fontanelle...severe neurological damage...minimal brain damage, learning disabilities and hyperactivity...allergy and hypersensitivity...increase in number of lymphocytes...thrombocytopenia (reduced blood platelets), hemolytic anemia...diabetes and hypoglycemia...death and sudden infant death syndrome...When (the) worried mother called her pediatrician, his reaction was typical.  He said, ÔDonÕt worry.  Just give him Thylenol and heÕll be fine.Õ

     ÒMark was a healthy toddler who had learned to talk by the age of sixteen months, when he received his first DPT shot.  Within twenty-four hours, he stopped talking altogether...A week later, Mark started running a 107 degree fever...Even so, he was given the second DPT shot one month after the first one.  His mother could not remember his reaction because he had not stopped screaming or running fevers...After his third DPT shot, MarkÕs mother found him on the couch with blue lips and fingernails.  He had stopped breathing, and she revived him...Despite this history, Mark was given his fourth and fifth DPT shots...I didnÕt want him to get his fourth and fifth DPT shots, his mother said.  But our state is really strict about all kids getting their shots before they can go to school...In addition to speech and coordination difficulties, Mark also developed severe emotional and behavior problems...They also said he had cerebral palsy...At six years of age, Mark still has difficulty controlling his bowels and bladder...I donÕt know what will happen to him, and it makes me very sad to think of what his life will be.

     ÒIn all the years that Maryl and Bill were searching for the reason why their healthy baby had suddenly become profoundly neurologically damaged, no doctor ever made the connection with SamÕs third DPT shot.

   ÒThere seems to be a conspiracy of silence about reactions, and there is a failure to communicate all along the line...The doctor observing these (vaccine damage) reactions is upset in seeing an adverse effect to a procedure which he has recommended and is often loath to blame the procedure...Because most physicians have a very hard time accepting the documented fact that a procedure designed to save lives can, in some instances, actually take or ruin lives, there is a tendency to deny that vaccine damage exists...Because (they) are afraid they will be sued by former patients should it be known that the pertussis vaccine causes a wide range of problems, there is a tendency to put the blame for injury on some other cause...Because many doctors refuse to believe in vaccine reactions....mothers have never been told to watch for reactions.  Consequently, they do not look for signs indicating their child may be reacting neurologically...This can increase the risks of vaccine damage because the child may continue to be given pertussis vaccine despite a prior severe reaction.

     ÒThere seems to be little doubt of the benefits of  whooping cough vaccination in Third World countries (due to poor sanitation and poor nutrition).  But whether these benefits necessarily apply to the industrially developed countries (with better sanitation and better nutrition) is a question that should be debated by Americans with full disclosure of all the information available.

     ÒThe lack of scientific knowledge about the precise effects of the pertussis vaccine, together with the pursuit of nationwide, 100 percent vaccination coverage, had led to a serious underestimation of the importance of identifying high-risk children and observing contraindications...Physicians taught to believe that vaccine reactions and histories of convulsions are unimportant will not recognize a severe reaction or consider a childÕs medical history carefully before deciding whether or not to give more pertussis vaccine...The first indication that a child may be at risk of reacting is contained in the personal and family medical history...The following information should be included (in any consideration to vaccinate or note):  a history of convulsions or neurologic disease in the child or in the immediate family; a history of previous cerebral irritation; a strong history of severe allergies in the child or the immediate family; prematurity or low birth weight; chronic illness or a recent severe illness; a brother, sister, mother or father who had a severe reaction to the DPT shot; or a severe reaction by the child himself to a previous DPT shot.

     ÒPolitical immunology...is the practice of applying pressure through the press and other media for political ends, sometimes with incomplete and distorted versions of medical facts.  Since the American medical establishment long ago committed its prestige and reputation to mass immunization programs, criticism of any vaccine stimulates strong counterattacks.  The Public Health Service, American Academy of Pediatrics, and American Medical Association have money and well-organized press networks available to counter any criticism of their programs...A favorite strategy of political immunology is name-calling of individuals who point out vaccine risks...Another tactic of political immunologists is discrediting individuals who question the safety of the vaccine because they are not M.D.Õs or Ph.D.Õs...Laymen, they suggest, should not be interfering.

     ÒToday, describing what happens to a child after he receives a DPT shot is generally considered Ôbad science.Õ  ÔGood scienceÕ is defied in terms of ÔprospectiveÕ or ÔretrospectiveÕ studies which abstract the numbers of vaccine-damaged children into statistical analyses...Kevin Geraghty, M.D., calls this Ôa tyranny of biostatisticians prematurely making decisions as to rights and wrongs...What a piece of luck for vaccine researchers who can in all good conscience abstract away the descriptions of death and suffering that parents tell and retell in wrenching detail about their childrenÕs reactions to the DPT shot.

     ÒThe first establishment argument is what Geraghty calls the ÔWell, it could have been coincidental...Political immunologists answer that convulsions occur all the time in unvaccinated children; there is no proof the DPT shot caused the convulsion, there is only a ÔtemporalÕ (time-related) association with the shot...It cannot be demonstrated that so-called ÔspontaneousÕ convulsions occur as frequently in large groups of unvaccinated American children as in vaccinated children since, for the past twenty years, almost every child in the U.S. has been vaccinated.

     ÒWhen all other attempts to suppress the reality of vaccine reactions fail, the last resort for political immunologists is to assure the public that things would be much worse in the absence of a mandatory mass vaccination program...But they totally ignored the experience of West Germany, where the number of deaths from whooping cough declined from 36 in 1970, when 58 percent of children were vaccinated, to 7 in 1979, when less than 10 percent were vaccinated.  They ignored the experience of Sweden where some 19,000 cases of whooping cough occurred in 1977 - 79 and no deaths were recorded...In 1982, the Wisconsin Health Department...announced  a whooping cough epidemic in that state...occurring primarily in vaccinated children.

      ÒIt is a well known fact, even in the 1960Õs, that the reporting of adverse reactions was minimal to the point of being nonexistent.  The 1979 Bacterial Vaccines Panel pointed out that doctors were not routinely reporting reactions to manufacturers and that many doctors not only were unaware that reporting was important, they did not know the clinical features of a reaction.  Another reason was that doctors and manufacturers were afraid of lawsuits.

     ÒTo summarize these projections, if pertussis vaccination coverage were to decline to one third of all children in the United States instead of the present 90 percent coverage, then the number of whooping cough cases would rise from the present 34,000 cases to 162,200 cases.  But there would be 592 fewer deaths and 7,768 fewer cases of long term damage each year from both whooping cough and vaccination...This analysis concludes that the contribution to death and disability from the vaccine is greater than from the disease....This benefit-risk analysis has explored not only the possibility but also the probability that pertussis vaccine damage in the United States is far greater than is accepted by the official estimates upon which the Center for Disease ControlÕs benefit-risk analysis are based.

     ÒThe effects of vaccination have altered the very tone and atmosphere of modern society...Every day this program continues, hundreds of normal healthy babies are turned into defective goods:  mentally retarded, blind, deaf, autistic, epileptic, learning-disabled, emotionally unstable, future juvenile delinquents, and career criminals.

     ÒPhysicians have always known that encephalitis, or inflammation of the brain (also called Ôencephalopathy), can be caused by traumatic injury to the head, a severe burn, infectious illnesses such as measles, mumps, German measles, chicken pox, or whooping cough, and -- last but not least -- the vaccines against these same diseases:  Ôpost-vaccine encephalitisÉA remarkable feature of encephalitis -- whether of epidemic origin or due to an infectious disease, traumatic injury, or vaccination -- is the multifarious diversity of its physical, neurologic, mental and emotional symptoms.

     ÒRimland in 1964 called attention to the parallels between autism and the Ôbrain-damagedÕ children...If autism is a manifestation of vaccine-induced encephalitis, the implications are very disturbing...For every ÔautisticÕ who is shut away in an institution there will be a thousand alienated (autistic) individuals functioning as normal taxpaying citizens...Autism...incorporates...naked, hostility, a rejection of contact with others ... weakness of ego...aggression...fear and anxiety...lacks any empathetic reaction with others...inability to learn from and cope with new stimuli...loss of control can provoke more or less hostile and violent reactions...In England, the incidence of autism is the same as in Japan...it is probably because the pertussis vaccine is given later in these two countries than in the United StatesÉBritish physicians...are less eager to vaccinate.

     ÒThe most striking feature of the recovered encephalitis patient was hyperactivity...The expression Ôminimal brain damageÕ is preferable, since (it)...is the consequence of actual brain damage...Minimally brain-damaged children (and adults) usually have a limited attention span...distractibility and failure to complete work within the allotted time...impulsiveness ... hypersexuality...aggressiveness...irritability ... fits of anger...easily provoked...moodiness...temper tantrums...rages... short tempered...violent behaviors...explosive personality...dyslexia...learning disabilities.

     ÒChildren, adolescents and adults who are mentally retarded or autistic, or have some other serious neurologic disability, cannot make their way in society...The marginal autistic, the epileptic with occasional seizures, the slightly retarded, the severely dyslexic -- all must still make some accommodation with society...But since they cannot compete successfully with the neurologically sound, they lapse easily into the life of crime.  This neurologically defective population commits a disproportionate share of the mounting wave of murders, assaults, rapes, robberies with violence, physical abuse of wives, sexual abuse of children, and other myriad infractions of the social code which in the past two decades have become so widespread.

     ÒEvidence mounts that many, perhaps most, of these crimes and offenses are being committed by neurologic defectives -- i.e., the hyperactive generation, now giving vent to its drives and compulsions and begetting a new generation which is probably even more defective.  The post-encephalitis syndrome, and ultimately the childhood vaccination programs, must bear a share of the responsibility for this...problem.

     ÒHyperactivity often declines in late adolescence, being Ôreplaced by aggressiveness and hair-trigger temper, with the individual showing destructive impulsive behavior (Monroe, 1978)...Another common feature of the violent criminal is a short attention span (Kelley, 1985; Auletta, 1981)...Various studies have shown that almost ninety percent of delinquents have disabilities in reading and other school subjects:  dyslexia...extremely poor handwriting...inability to perform basic mathematical calculations, poor spelling, defective alphabet, etc. (Rimland, 1981)...Violent criminal offenders have serious neurophychological deficits (Bryant, 1984).

     ÒIn the 1920s and 1930s such behavior had often been noted in individuals recovering from encephalitis -- who were called Ôapaches.Õ  The typical outcome was described as: Ôgood boys made bad, and bad boys made worse (Bond, 1931)Õ...ÕThis encephalitis...may produce an intellectual, tormented, and cruel monster out of a gentle girl or boyÕ...ÕA child of previously responsible character may be so transformed as to seem a different person...cruel, destructive, abusive, indecent (Elliott, 1983)Õ...In the 1920s and 1930s these post-encephalitics were an almost invisible minority...Today, they probably constitute the majority of offenders in all categories of violent crimeÉSeveral...studies...support the idea that there is a link between the presence of the minimal brain damage syndrome in childhood and significant anti-social behavior in adolescence and later life (Lewis, 1981).

     ÒElectroencephalograms of sociopaths, criminals and violence prone individuals...suggest a difference between the normal and the criminal population (Moyer, 1976; Serafetinides, 1980)...The criminal class suffers from cranial nerve palsies, a low IQ and tendencies to mental retardation (Hollander and Turner, 1985)...Arsonists are often described in ways showing a relationship to the postencephalitic syndrome (Fineman, 1980)...Adults with minimal brain damage have a high incidence of alcoholism and drug abuse (Workman-Daniels, 1987).

      ÒPsychiatry has names for the intermediate stages between minimal brain damage and criminal behavior...Oppositional disorder when carried to an extreme of aggressiveness...becomes conduct disorder -- a persistent pattern of conduct in which the basic rights of others and major appropriate social norms are violated...The minimally brain-damaged child promoted to Ôconduct disorderÕ in adolescence may graduate with a full-fledged Ôsociopathic personalityÕ upon reaching adulthood.

     ÒHyperactivity and other manifestations of the post-encephalitic syndrome, as well as the therapeutic drugs (Benzedrine, Dexedrine, amphetamines, PPA, Cylert, pemoline, Ritalin, methylphenidate) prescribed to combat them, have contributed, and are still contributing, to American societyÕs overall problem of drug involvement and addiction.

     ÒAmphetamines...were found to exacerbate preexisting autistic symptoms ... irritability, explosiveness...addiction...suicidal depression or schizophrenic-like syndrome...(and) symptom rebounds (after discontinuation of drugs)...Thus the vicious circle is complete:  children with minimal brain damage who have uncontrollable tempers are given amphetamines to calm them down, but these very pills predispose to attacks of Ôepisodic dyscontrol (Monroe, 1978; Miller, 1986; Bach-y-Rita, 1971; McGinnis, 1989).

     ÒCylert (pemoline) and Ritalin (methylphenidate)...can lead to marked tolerance and psychic dependence with varying degrees of abnormal behavior. Frank psychotic episodes can occur (Physicians Desk Reference, 1985)...Whalen and Henker (1984), who interviewed hyperactive children taking Ritalin, observed:  ÔMagical Ôfix-itÓ properties are often attributed to the pills, the assumption being that positive changes occur regardless of -- and perhaps even despite -- the childÕs own efforts and actions...One concern is that the prescription of medication...may interfere with...personal responsibility...In the 1960Õs Ritalin was banned in Sweden because of widespread abuse by young people, who were injecting it like heroin.

     ÒThorazine...Stelazine...Prolixin, Permitil...Haldol...and several other...depressants (cause)...adverse reactions (including)...motor restlessness...spasms of...muscles...body rigidity...involuntary movements of the body parts...sucking of the lips, dartings and tremors of the tongue, lateral jaw movementsÉVarious tranquilizers and anti-anxiety drugs have been employed:  Librium, Miltown, Atarax, and others...produced their own side effects, including Ôparadoxical attacks of rage.Õ

     ÒOne sometimes things it would be better to leave these unfortunates alone rather than fill them with drugs whose Ômechanism of actionÕ is so perplexing...At lunchtime in schools there is a line of little children waiting to take psychiatric medicine...This abuse of drugs for ÔmedicinalÕ purposes in school children cannot help but predispose them to amphetamine, marijuana, heroin and cocaine addiction later in life.

     ÒChildhood vaccination programs cause a wide range of neurologic disabilities...autistics, minimally brain-damaged, and sociopaths who have undermined the American educational system and American society, giving this country during the past two decades the highest crime rate in history.

     ÒVaccination...is known to cause encephalitis, and no other candidate is in sight.  If there is pervasive subclinical encephalitis, it must come from the vaccination program...When 10 to 20 percent of all children are minimally brain-damaged (by vaccines), how can family life be normal?...When over a million children every day are legally receiving amphetamines and other drugs in school to suppress hyperactivity (brain damage), how can there not be drug culture?...The family and society are both victims  -- of vaccinations programs forced on them by state legislatures.

     ÒVaccination programs are the root cause of our ongoing epidemic of social violence...Post-encephalitic syndrome...makes it own contribution to poverty (hyperactive adolescents cannot keep jobs), illiteracy (dyslexic cannot study), child abuse (hyperactive young adults have little tolerance for hyperactivity in their children), broken families (the stresses and strains of minimal brain damage lead to marital breakdowns), social violence (uneducated youth without jobs have nothing else to do), racial tension (black children may be affected disproportionately by vaccination), alcoholism and drugs addiction (adolescents and adults with neurologic disorders must find escape somewhere).  While ÔemotionalÕ disorders and disabilities may make a contribution here and there, most often they are reactions to neurologic defects generated by vaccination and the concomitant problem of getting along in the world.

     ÒProtected on all sides, medical organizations were able to press forward with one vaccination program after another, ignoring the evidence that these were exacting a toll in ruined lives....What kind of ÔscienceÕ is it that inflicts neurologic damage on several hundred thousand children a year?

     ÒThe cure should be sought in a curtailment of these monopoly powers...The first corrective measure, which should be taken at once, is to suspend all childhood vaccinations pending an investigation of their true impact on the public health.  When and if these programs are resumed, the ÔshotsÕ should be voluntary, not mandatory.Ó
