THERE IS WORK TO BE DONE

            This article is for the lazy people, and those who tend to worry a lot.  Write on a piece of paper in big letters – “There is work to be done.”  Tape it to the wall wherever you spend time.  Look at it many times a day.

            It can help you to move beyond fear, worry, selfishness, self-absorption or too much self-concern.  It can help you move ahead on your life path.

            The statement, “There is work to be done”,  is the truth.  There is much work to be done on yourself, and with and for others.  It is best to get busy and do it, rather than wallow and waste time in self-pity and worry.

 

TIME IS PRECIOUS AND, AT ONE LEVEL, IT IS ALL YOU HAVE.

 

            The statement is meant to remind you that life is a very precious gift, and your time on earth is therefore very special, even if you feel ill, depressed, anxious or something else.

Before you know it, life will be over.  Therefore, do not waste time with worry, self-pity, self-absorption or anything else like this that accomplishes nothing.

 

DOING NUTRITIONAL BALANCING IS WORK ON YOURSELF

 

            The bodies today are all nutritionally depleted, toxic, and in many cases, energetically out of balance with subtle energy moving upward, instead of downward from the head to the feet.  This is your situation, no matter your age, gender, race or location.

            Instead of worrying or fussing, we suggest that you get busy and do the program.  In particular, do the Pushing Down Exercise very hard and for at least one hour daily, as it helps every aspect of physical and mental functioning.

            Do the entire program, as best you can, and work the program hard!  Do it with your entire being.  It is very powerful, especially the procedures.

Nutritional balancing is a kind of work that you do on yourself.  No one can do it for you, and it takes a number of years, so it is best to begin it now and not waste even one day in fear, worry, anger or self-pity.

            If you decide you don’t like nutritional balancing, then seek other answers, but don’t just wring your hands and worry.

 

LOVE GOD AND LOVE OTHERS

 

            This statement from the New Testament of the Bible is similar to saying “There is work to be done.”  What is the work to be done?  It is to love God (including God within) and to love others in some way.  This means to be of service to others in some way.  It can be through a job or career, volunteer work, helping family or friends, or other types of activities to help others.

Jesus did not say to worry about things, or to concern yourself too much with anything.  In fact, he taught, “Be not anxious”, a statement that appears in the New Testament of the Bible about 70 times.

            Loving God and loving others, he said, is a simplification of the many complex rules of the Hebrew religion.  In this regard, Christianity is a messianic form of the Hebrew religion designed to be easier to follow.

            You don’t need all the answers, and you are not to spend your time trying to figure out exactly what is going on in your body or your mind.  Instead, look to God, turn your life over to God, and help others.  It is really quite simple, but people seem to complicate it a lot.  Please don’t complicate life!
