THE COFFEE ENEMA QUICK PROCEDURE
All information in this article is for educational purposes only. It is not for the diagnosis, treatment, prescription or cure of any disease or health condition.
MATERIALS. Coffee. Use medium-roast or dark-roast preferably South American coffee. NO light roast or gold roast coffee. Sadly, NO organically grown coffee. Most of it is poisoned. Grinding the beans fresh each day is somewhat better than buying ground coffee, although either will work.
Water. Any drinkable water will work for coffee enemas. Spring water is good. NO distilled water or reverse osmosis water because they do not contain minerals.
Equipment. The simplest enema equipment is a standard enema bag from the drugstore. It comes with a clamp, hose, and different tips. An alternative is an enema bucket.
Other. A yoga mat or towel to lie upon, a fine strainer or coffee filter paper, a lubricant such as vegetable oil, thick soap, KY Jelly or shaving cream, and a plastic spoon for stirring.
Extra items that are excellent are a reddish heat lamp for warmth and for red lamp therapy, and a pipe cleaner for periodic cleaning of the enema tube.
THE PROCEDURE - 1. SET UP THE SPACE. Most people use the bathroom floor with a towel or yoga mat for comfort and to catch spills. With practice, you can learn to use a bed.
2. DRINK AND EAT. A good idea is to drink a glass of water. However, do not drink a lot of water because this might cause you to need to use a bathroom in the middle of your enema.
Eating up to three almonds or up to a teaspoon of almond butter help expel intestinal gas, keep your blood sugar steady, and may cause a bowel movement before the enema. Do not eat more than this. Wait at least one hour or more after a meal before doing a coffee enema.
3. MAKE COFFEE AND CHECK TEMPERATURE. The best methods to prepare coffee are boiling for 12 minutes or pressure cooking for 14 seconds. A coffee maker is convenient, but makes weak coffee. If you use one, use more coffee and run it through twice or three times.
For adults, for each enema use 2-4 tablespoons of coffee and 3-4 cups of water. At first, use less coffee, especially if you know you are sensitive to caffeine or other ingredients in coffee.
Once you are accustomed to coffee enemas, try to use more coffee. This will move you along faster. If you use too much, you will feel somewhat shaky and toxic.
HINT: Cook the coffee using only half the water. When it is cooked, add the rest of the water. This helps cool down the coffee until you can comfortably put you finger in the coffee.
Steeping. After cooking coffee, let it sit with the grounds in a cup or glass for two minutes.
4. STRAIN THE COFFEE, FILL THE BAG OR BUCKET, RELEASE AIR BUBBLES AND LUBRICATE THE ENEMA TIP. These are fairly simple steps, but all are very important..
5. LIE DOWN AND INSERT THE COFFEE. Be sure to put the enema tip all the way in. This is critical! Then open the clamp and let the coffee flow in.
6. CLOSE THE CLAMP, REMOVE THE TIP, AND LIE DOWN ON YOUR RIGHT SIDE. When all the coffee is in, close the clamp, remove the tip, and turn onto your right side for 30 seconds. This moves coffee around the colon. Remain on your side or lie on your back.
7. ACTIVITIES WHILE RETAINING THE ENEMA. We strongly recommend doing the pulling down procedure while holding the enema. It is easier while holding an enema and it is an excellent healing procedure.
You can also do the pulls, pops, twists and kicks, the neck pull, deep breathing, or listen to a CD or tape. We do not recommend talking on the phone, reading or walking around.
It is also an excellent time to hug your wife or husband who is doing the enema at the same time. Together you can do down hugging, an extremely powerful healing procedure.
8. EXPEL COFFEE AND DO THE LIVER DETOX. After 20 minutes, get up and expel the coffee in the toilet. An excellent idea while sitting on the toilet is the liver detox procedure. Tap your abdomen in the liver and spleen areas with both hands OR tap both palms of the hands against the knee caps. Be sure you are tapping with the liver reflex area, which is the heels of the hands.
9. CLEAN UP AND BATHE. Wash out enema equipment with soap and water. Do not use peroxide because if you leave some in the enema bag, it is very irritating to the colon. Then take a quick shower or steam. This will clean up toxins on the skin.
How many, and for how long. We recommend up to four coffee enemas each day. Two or more are needed each day for protection. At this time, we recommend continuing coffee enemas for years to offset toxicity of the food, for protection against the rogues or negs, and for healing and development.
Cautions. Do not eat more than one peanut or a few almonds before an enema. Wait at last one hour after eating before doing an enema. Be sure to check the water temperature by putting one finger in the coffee. It should be comfortably warm.
Be sure to lube the enema tip and lubricate it again if you use the enema bag again. Never force the tip and don't hold the enema if the pressure to expel is too great. Clean everything with soap and water after each enema.
Special situations. Children and babies age 2 or older can do coffee enemas. Use less coffee depending upon their weight. We do not recommend coffee enemas in people over age 80. Most people who are ill can do coffee enemas, including those with colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel, a colectomy and even colon cancer.
Problems. Trouble holding the enema is often due to intestinal gas. Expel gas a nd try again. If very gassy, you can leave the enema tip inserted during the enema to allow gas to escape.
If the coffee does not come out after the enema, it is okay. This can occur because you are dehydrated or because the body wants to retain the enema for some reason.
Severe hemorrhoids make coffee enemas painful. Use a colon tube to bypass hemorrhoids or a long catheter to bypass the hemorrhoid.
If the aliens, crud, or satans tell you not to do coffee enemas or to just do one of them, we suggest defying them. Often you will be okay if you do enough coffee.
