Cannabidiol or CBD is a toxic drug found in the marijuana plant.  CBD contains cadmium, a very toxic metal.  For this reason alone, everyone should avoid this product completely.

Promoters of this drug claim it is safe because it does not cause a high.  It is different than THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the compound that is supposed to cause the marijuana high.  Marijuana plants can be bred to produce more CBD and less THC.

While CBD has medicinal properties, as do all drugs, I would stay far away from it, just as I suggest avoiding all toxic drugs.  Cadmium in CBD is the most poisonous of the toxic metals.  This is one reason it has “medicinal” properties.  Doctors have used toxic metals as drugs for several hundred years.  Among the toxic metals used as drugs, even today, are compounds of arsenic, mercury, boron, aluminum and others.

Instead of ingesting toxic metals, if you are having symptoms of illness, begin a nutritional balancing program.  This program will often heal the problem.
