I. INTRODUCTION
DEFINITION
Toxic leg syndrome consists of swelling or edema, usually of the lower legs and feet, although it could include the upper legs, too. There can also be some pain and difficulty walking.
The swelling appears to be different than standard causes for this condition. It appears to be a purification reaction due to detoxification the legs, an area that is quite toxic on most people.
This is quite different than a weak heart, weak kidneys, blocked veins or a sedentary lifestyle. These are the standard medical reasons for swelling of the legs.
The test. There is a test one can do to tell the difference, and we discuss it below.
Mechanism. According to the planning souls or avurot, this type of swelling of the legs appears an effort to clean up toxins in the lower legs and feet by diluting the toxins with water. Diluting with water makes toxin removal easier. Often, the person does not drink enough water. This makes toxin removal even more difficult.
Toxic leg syndrome is scary, but we believe it is not a serious disease. We believe that if it is handled correctly it will go away by itself when the cleansing of the legs is complete.
A development program condition. Toxic leg syndrome occurs in people who are following the development program, and not in others. The reason is that people on the development program can and do detoxify the body. The rest of the population does not have the nutrition, vitamins and other requirements to move through cleansing reactions.
II. CAUSES AND SYMPTOMS
CAUSES
The causes of toxic leg syndrome are a combination that is rather common today. The factors are:
1. Gravity. This tends to cause toxins to accumulate in the legs.
2. The aliens, thugs, crud, rogues or satans. They often tie off arteries, veins and lymph vessels in the legs to weaken the body and to make it easier for them to invade and remain in a person's body. The lower legs and feet are their favorite area of invasion.
They also love to scare people and tell them they are dying, especially as one gets older. See The Retirement Years. The thugs also want people to visit doctors and hospitals, which sadly is not safe at this time.
3. Impaired circulation to the lower legs for other reasons. This is common and can e due to a sedentary lifestyle or other factors.
4. Not enough downward moving energy. Many people have their subtle energy either moving upward or not moving downward fast enough. As a result, there is less life energy in the feet and lower legs.
Moving subtle energy downward is very important and helps get rid of toxic leg syndrome. Doing the Pulling Down Procedure very hard every day helps greatly with this.
5. Slight dehydration can play a role. When one is somewhat dehydrated, the kidneys and liver do not function as well. This slows detoxification. It is most important to drink plenty of water. One might think this would worsen the condition but it usually does not.
6. Sympathetic dominance. This is a common condition of the autonomic nervous system in which one overuses the sympathetic nervous system. One of its effects is to impair circulation to the legs and feet. The development program slowly corrects sympathetic dominance.
7. Other possible weaknesses. It is possible that this reaction could combine with other weakness of the body.
SYMPTOMS
1. Swelling or edema of both legs, and the feet. The swelling is unusual because lying down and elevating the legs does not cause the swelling to diminish very much. This is the basis of the test for toxic leg syndrome (see below for details).
2. The legs and feet can become numb and feel spongy. This can cause problems walking, making walking somewhat dangerous and it could result in a fall.
3. The legs and feet can become painful due to the swelling.
4. One may have trouble with activities and possibly sleep, all due to the edema in the legs.
When does it occur. The syndrome does not occur when one first begins the development program. Usually, one must follow the program for 10 years or more.
How long does it last? This depends upon many factors. In some people it is very mild, while in others it is quite severe. Please do the corrective procedures below to speed it up.
III. CORRECTION
DO THE TEST
A test for toxic leg syndrome is to lie down and elevate the legs. Note whether the edema goes away when one lies down. With toxic leg syndrome, the swelling does not diminish much. If the edema is caused by something else, often it diminishes when one lays down and elevates the legs.
The reason the test works is that with heart disease and kidney disease, fluid accumulates in the legs because the body cannot easily move it out of the legs when one is standing up. However, if one lies down, it is much easier to move the fluid out of the legs.
With toxic leg syndrome, the body wants the extra fluid in the legs in order to help clean up this area of the body. The purification continues even if one lies down, so the swelling remains even when lying down. The swelling will go away when the purification or detoxification is completed.
CORRECTIVE MEASURES
Toxic leg syndrome is a healing process, so one must relax and allow it to move along. However, there are ways to speed it up. They are:
- Ask me to help get rid of the artery, vein, nerve and lymph blocks that the aliens or satans put in the legs.
- Drink plenty of water. This is different from the recommendation if one has heart failure. In the case of toxic leg, the water is needed to detoxify the body. Most people do not drink enough water. At least try drinking a lot of water and see if you feel better. Some people can tell when they drink enough – they have more feeling in their feet.
- Do reflexology treatments on the leg reflex points on the hands and feet. This means press on the outer edge of each hand (the pinky side) near the wrist, not near the pinky. This is the reflex area for the legs and feet. Do this firmly on both hands and do it at least 10 times a day for about one minute each session. Then rub the entire hand to do a quick complete treatment.
There are also reflex points on the feet. They are on the outside edge of each foot, about half way down the feet toward the heel and a little further toward the heels. Also rub these points many times each day for about a minute each time.
- Do more of the Pulling down procedure. Do it as forcefully and as often as possible. Do it at least for 1 to 2 hours each day. You can do it lying down, sitting or even walking slowly.
- Visualize spinning the energy centers located 1) on the top of each foot, 2) at each ankle, 3) at each knee. There is also a small center on the top of the thigh.
- Use a reddish heat lamp on the legs each day for an hour.
- Walking and pulling down at the same may be helpful. However, be careful not to fall.
- Massage the legs. You can use your hands or an electric massage machine. Squeeze the legs, one at a time, and massage toward the heart.
- No drugs! We believe that medical drugs and herb such as diuretics may give a little relief. However, they are all toxic and they slow down healing and can be quite dangerous. Also, at this time we don't recommend X-rays or other invasive tests. These believe they are toxic and not needed.
- “Pop” the toes and knees several times a day. This is part of the procedure called The Twists, Pops, Pulls, and Kicks. This helps keep subtle energy flowing down into the legs.
- Sit in the sun with the legs exposed daily or as often as possible for about 30 minutes each time.
- Get plenty of rest and follow the development diet and supplements.
- Stay out of sympathetic dominance. This means relax as much as possible.
- Keep warm and relaxed as much as possible. This helps keep one out of sympathetic dominance. Read about this common condition to understand it better.
- Lie on your back and bend the knees, one at a time while relaxing the toes. When done properly, this moves a lot of subtle energy down into the legs.
- Supplements. It is possible that a little more vitamin E and more TMG (trimethylglycine) can help this condition.
