DEFINITION
The concept of reserves is one of the most important healing concepts!
One needs not only enough energy and organ capacity to conduct one's daily life. One also needs a reserve. It is needed to handle emergencies or any situation that requires extra effort or activity.
AN ENGINEERING CONCEPT
The idea of reserve energy or reserve strength is part of all engineering and construction. For example, a house needs to be strong enough to handle high winds. A car needs to be built strong enough and powerful enough to handle climbing steep hills and carrying a full load of people or goods.
II. EXAMPLES IN THE BODY
Liver reserve. In our bodies, there is a need for a healthy enough liver not only to detoxify everyday poisons. The liver also needs to be strong enough to handle emergency poisoning and many other toxic situations such as toxic food.
Adrenal and thyroid reserve. The adrenal glands and thyroid gland are sometimes called stress glands. They help one cope with stress.
They secrete hormones that activate the sympathetic nervous system or fight-or-flight system. This is an emergency energy system that gives one the ability to handle stressors of many kinds.
It is important to have adrenal reserve and thyroid reserve. This means extra strength of these glands that can be used, when needed, to handle stress and many emergency situations.
Bone reserve. One needs bones that are strong enough not only to conduct one's daily life. One also needs bones that are tough and strong enough to withstand accidents, injuries and diseases that affect the body structure. It is like having a strong enough home or car.
Brain reserve. Having an excellent brain is like having a very fast computer with a big memory. It can calculate, plan, carry out tasks and think clearly.
Over half of our clients complain that their memory is poor or they have “brain fog”, or lack an excellent ability to think clearly.
III. A FLAW IN MODERN HEALTH CARE
The standard diagnose-and-cure model of health care does not focus enough on the reserve concept. It does, to a degree, such as measuring bone density and liver and thyroid function tests. However, their standards are much too low in our view.
We don't believe that standard blood tests are accurate enough to detect the reserve levels of the body. The reason we say this is that many people with normal blood tests develop serious diseases.
In the standard health care model, remedies are mainly applied when a person is already ill or when reserves are very low. Also, drugs and surgery are not as effective in improving one's reserve capacity as are excellent nutrition and the healing procedures we recommend such as coffee enemas.
This is a serious flaw in the standard model of health care. As a result, most people's health today is precarious and health care is extremely costly.
Most people simply do not have much liver, kidney, adrenal, brain and other reserves. Most people, even children, are “a disease waiting to happen”.
IV. THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM IS VERY DIFFERENT
The development healing programs we offer are much more focused on building up a person's reserves. Reasons for this are:
- We are able to measure a person's reserves very accurately. Hair tissue mineral levels and ratios are an excellent way to assess reserve capacity of the body. They are much better than standard blood and other medical tests.
- When properly interpreted, the mineral test can also guide one in order to increase the body's reserves in hundreds of ways.
- The development healing method is to place people on a path, sometimes called the golden path. An important part of this path is to increase the body's reserves.
- One must use food and diet, lifestyle, the correct nutritional supplements and natural healing procedures. This method is much more effective for increasing the body's reserves than the standard medical approach of using mainly drugs, surgery and radiation therapy.
TISSUE MINERAL INDICATORS OF LOW RESERVES
These include a slow oxidation rate, sympathetic dominance pattern, a low sodium/potassium ratio or a four lows mineral pattern on a hair tissue mineral test. This is like driving a car that barely has a big enough motor to keep going. These patterns are found in most people.
A fast oxidation rate is like running a car motor at full speed all the time. This is also an indicator of low reserve power. High levels of toxic metals in the body is like driving a car with bad tires, another situation of low reserves.
