HOW TO BEGIN A NUTRITIONAL BALANCING PROGRAM

Updated June 1, 2010

Several options exist to help you begin a nutritional balancing program:

                        1. Work directly with me and my associates. We have many years experience with this program and we offer the programs by mail. The fee is $295.00 for the basic initial hair test and program, and $150.00 for retests with a new program. The programs include the hair analysis, a complete program consultation on a compact disc, and the fee includes short follow up phone calls or emails.

For this option, and for the fastest service, click here for instructions. An alternative is you may email me at Larry@drlwilson.com and I will mail you a hair sampling kit. There is no charge for the kit.

                        2. Work with a practitioner I have trained. These are the only practitioners I can recommend. The practitioners listed below work closely with me and will review your case with me. They include:

APPROVED PRACTITIONER LIST

The practitioners on the list below should offer excellent service. Please let me know if you have a problem. While many other doctors offer hair mineral analysis, the great majority do not use the correct laboratory and, even if they do, are not experienced in the interpretation of the hair test by Dr. Eck's method and the correct design of the nutritional balancing programs. These are the only practitioners I am able to recommend.

IS NUTRITIONAL BALANCING FOR YOU?

The nutritional balancing approach to healing is excellent for most people, but not for all. It requires some discipline to follow the diet and lifestyle, and to take supplements at least twice and preferably three times daily.  the cost of the supplements is about $120-140.00 US dollars per month.

If you have cancer, this is not the program to follow. For cancer, please read Introduction To Cancer on this website.  For most other conditions, especially emotional conditions, as well as many physical health problems, nutritional balancing is superb.

OVERVIEW OF NUTRITIONAL BALANCING PROGRAMS

How The Program Works. Illness develops in stages. Often, years of physical, biochemical and emotional upsets deplete the body of nutrients, cause the accumulation of toxic metals, and in other ways disturb the body. These insults are added to imbalances, deficiencies and toxicity with which almost everyone today is born. Healing is a reversal of this process. This program is concerned with healing these deep imbalances, and not simply removing your symptoms. Symptom removal may occur faster, but often does not address the deeper causes of health problems.

A hair mineral analysis reflects the top layer of imbalances that are present and ready to be corrected. We address what is revealed on the test with diet, supplementary nutrients, lifestyle modification, extra detoxification procedures and a particular mental exercise that helps ground and center a person.

After several months on this program, a retest hair analysis will reveal a deeper layer of your metabolism. Many times, it will look quite different from the previous layer when one follows the healing program. Uncovering and reversing layers of adaptations and compensations, a process we call retracing, requires time and some persistence, but is far more permanent and health-producing than simply chasing symptoms with various remedies, vitamins, herbs or drugs.

THE BASIC RECOMMENDATIONS

A total program always works best. This includes:

1) A very healthful diet. This is based on your metabolic type, but only as determined by a properly performed hair mineral analysis. We find that metabolic typing based on questionnaires and other methods is not nearly as reliable.

2) Either distilled or spring water to drink. One must drink 3-4 quarts per day for adults and less for children. All other types of drinking water are not as good. Reverse osmosis does not hydrate the body well enough. Carbon-filtered water is second-best, but contains too many toxins today. Well water is very unreliable as well.

3) A healthful lifestyle. This includes plenty of rest and sleep, excellent eating habits and others.

4) An optional, but highly recommended detoxification protocol. It involves preferably near infrared sauna therapy and coffee enemas. We offer a very inexpensive, excellent near infrared sauna in a kit form. To read about this, click here.

5) About 4-8 nutritional supplements. These are determined by your hair mineral test only. We do not use symptomatic nutritional supplementation, which we find is too often a waste of money as they are much less effective. The goal is always to use nutritional supplements to balance body chemistry first and foremost. Supplements are to be taken twice or preferably three times daily with meals. Children are only given supplements twice daily and babies perhaps even less, at times.

6) Mental training and emotional control. For this, we recommend the Roy Masters meditation-observation exercise. It is very safe and superb for many reasons. You can read about it by clicl\ing here.

7) Other adjunctive natural therapies. We particularly like gentle chiropractic, most bodywork such as Rolfing or structural integration, foot reflexology and many other techniques provided they only balance the body, rather than trying to cure symptoms.

The program is redundant, meaning that you will get results even if you cannot do all parts of it. The more of it you can do, however, the better and faster will the results come.

Deep healing, you will find, is a life path, and not a remedy or treatment. In fact, healing involves retracing old patterns that may have begun years ago. It can be quite an adventure, at times, as one lets go or old biochemical and emotional imbalances and traumas so that the body can heal and you can build a firm foundation for future mental and spiritual development.
