CERTIFICATION / BASIC TRAINING AND

ADVANCED / CLINICAL TRAINING IN HAIR ANALYSIS INTERPRETEATION AND NUTRITIONAL BALANCING SCIENCE

                  We are pleased to offer training in nutritional balancing science, hair analysis interpretation and healing program design.  The program is in two parts.

 

CERTIFICATION / BASIC TRAINING

 

For those who do not have a background in nutritional balancing science, or want more background, we offer a Diploma in Basic Nutritional Balancing Science.  It consists of three courses and is done at home by mail.  The course are based on three of the texts I wrote:

 

- Nutritional Balancing and Hair Mineral Analysis

- Sauna Therapy

- Legal Guidelines For Unlicensed Practitioners.

 

These course will provide you with basic reference material needed to progress to the advanced training.  The basic program culminates in a Diploma In Basic Nutritional Balancing Science.

Accreditation.  The Diploma is awarded by Westbrook University, an accredited distance learning university based in West Virginia. 

Prerequisites.  There are no absolute pre-requisites for this Diploma program.  A desire to learn and to help others through improved health is most helpful, however.  A background in nutrition, physiology, biochemistry, or a medical degree may make the material somewhat easier to follow.

Fee.  The fee for this program is $500.00 US dollars, and for international orders, please add $50.00 for extra shipping and handling of the course materials.

Ability To Offer Hair Mineral Analysis.  With this Diploma, you may open a hair tissue mineral analysis account at Analytical Research Laboratories.  This allows you to offer hair tissue mineral analysis and to purchase the tests and nutritional products at the wholesale cost.

 

ADVANCED / CLINICALTRAINING

 

This phase of instruction is done over the telephone with myself, or if I am too busy, with an advanced assistant.  At a mutually convenient time, we will review your clientsÕ hair mineral analyses, interpret the tests and, if needed, modify the recommended nutritional balancing program to best correct the patientÕs body chemistry.

Training also includes a diet, psychological aspects of hair analysis interpretation, detoxification procedures, mental/emotional training exercises and more.

This training is an extension of the first part of the training described above.  However, it is more specific and more advanced.  While it is not necessary to take the basic Diploma course first, it is highly recommended.

                 

HOW TO BEGIN TRAINING

 

For the basic training, the procedure is to mail a check, money order or credit card information for the fee of $500.00 (or $550.00 for international orders).  Mail it to Dr. Lawrence Wilson, PO Box 54, Prescott, AZ 86302-0054.

When we receive your check or credit card information, we will mail you the three course textbooks, three study guides and three examinations.

When you have completed the three open-book exams, mail them back to us.  We will grade them and, assuming you pass the exams with a score of 90% or better, you will be awarded your Diploma.

NOTE: if you already have one or more of the textbooks already, you may take $10.00 off the fee for each book that you have already purchased.  Please let us know which books you have and we will not send you the ones you have.

 

HOW TO BEGIN THE ADVANCED TRAINING

 

Once you have a hair mineral chart to review, please contact me at (928) 445-7690 or Larry@drlwilson.com.  The telephone generally works better s I do not check emails daily.  If I am available, we can review the chart at that time.  If not, we will set up a mutually convenient time for the consultation.  If the phone line is busy, please leave your name and phone number and I will return your call.  If I am very busy with writing and other obligations, I will direct you to an advanced student who will continue the training by reviewing hair analyses over the telephone or via email.

The fee for the second part of the training depends on your situation.  If you open a hair mineral analysis account at Analytical Research Laboratories and use their testing services, their Interpretation Profile #2 and food supplements, I do not need to charge for the telephone consultation because Analytical Research Labs will pay us a small commission on your hair tests and supplement purchases.

If you do not perform the hair tests through Analytical Research Labs, the fee is $50.00 per half hour of teaching time.

We can only accurately review hair mineral analyses from laboratories that do not wash the hair, as these are most accurate.  The only two labs that do not wash the hair that we are aware of are Analytical Research Labs in Phoenix, Arizona and Trace Elements, Inc. in Addison, Texas.  Of these, we prefer Analytical Research Labs due to their 1) better reliability of the readings, 2) better Interpretation Profile #2 and Dietary Profile #5, and 3) charts that are much easier to read and understand.
